The hotel is very near to the beach which is a plus, but the rooms are with old furniture and without improvments. Instead it has a big yard, a decent pool and playground for children. We had breakfast but it wasn t tasty and very basic. They have also apartments but even if the rooms are very big the quality is under average for their price- arround 700 ron per night.

What I appreciated most was the Kids Club organized by the hotel where you can have your child during day time from 9 AM to 17 PM. They have a calendar with all activities: Face Painting/Film/Theatre/ Volley on the Beach, Treasure Hunt, etc. All Inclusive good enough with lots of foods

This was the worst 3* hotel experience ever . After our wedding we went to the seaside together with our parents and godparents , we booked through booking.com and we paid a lot for 4 rooms/3 nights . For that amount of money , the rooms were rubbish ; not clean, not refurbished , no facilities ,no phone in the room, dusty surfaces , creased sheets , brown water coming through the sink and so on . First of all, we booked at Mercur hotel and they put us in a different block , somewhere behind . No lift , room was at 3rd floor , no staff to help . After we asked ,they moved us to Mercur hotel ,but unfortunately the rooms were still not cleaned properly and they had twin beds and twin mattress instead of double (as requested). One of the housekeeper was extremely rude , arguing with us loudly, because the floors were so dirty and we asked for a mop. Again, for the amount of money spent this was the worst experience all over Europe . Proper robbery!!! Do not book here! PS: it was supposed a nice time for our honeymoon but it turned into a fiasco .

Not renovated rooms, soiled and torn bed sheets, thin walls, dirt on the bathroom ceiling, after entering the room using the access card, the electric system locks and leaves you in the dark without TV and air conditioning. The staff doesn't clean the rooms, but enters to "review" your belongings. WiFi is free but very very slow connection which lasts about 2-3 minutes after which if fades.

I think I pay a little expensive price for offered conditions. Good: very polite personnel, very good position (near beach, shops and others facilities) Bad: problems with A/C If at 9 AM you are still in room, they don't come back for cleaning and change linen I was forced to wear a bracelet throughout my stay.

As I see there are not to positive reviews and is not fair.Rooms are indeed small but for sure are same size with rest of the rooms from old hotels of Mamaia city. Staff is friendly, in fact rarely happens to interact with so many smiling people and positive attitude. Food local, for sure Romanians will appreciate tasty but.....too much chicken and cheap cakes. And very load live band (that was bad for my brain every evening); Pool looks ok,drinks were quite good (all inclusive) , beach overcrowd, acceptable program for kids but nothing fancy in fact they can do much more if they really intend to go in this family concept. Owner of the complex have a good vision but they need much more thing to change.Start is good, so my review is positive. Have no sense to come here if you don't have kids.......too loud :)

The rooms are 1 star level. The employees are 1 star level too. The food, let's say 2 stars. You can choose other hotel in Mamaia and have much value for money. We will certainly not repeat the exeperience.

My whole family waited about 4,5 hours to get a tiny room , staff didnt want to tell us the room number. They told us the room is being cleaned.... 3 hours later the room is being cleaned??? Destroyed our vacation. One of the worst hotels in Mamaia

We spent the first week of July there and wasn t very crowded. The food was good, enough, and tasty. Most of the drinks were poor (water in juices, wine, gin, beer). The rooms and the bathrooms are very small.

Good things and bad things. Good things: excellent and plenty of food, congrats to the chefs! Drinks all day, local and from import. Free sunbeds/umbrellas at the private beach.Sandy beach, nice water, great location.Very nice and professional entertaining for kids. Bad things:poor rooms, accommodation AFTER ONE DAY SPENT IN ANOTHER HOTEL because of the lack of rooms!!! The other hotel at 1,5 kilometers far! And we were not the only tourists in this embarrassing situation! Overall, let's say it was a nice holiday at a reasonable price. With some more investment in rooms, could be a very nice resort.
