“Terrible, an awful experience”

When we booked a room at this hotel the offer said it was a 4 stars accommodation, but the moment we got there it was a very big surprise to find out that the hotel was "reevaluated" at 3 stars. The receptionist was "very kind" to inform us that the price we paid a long time ago (tow weeks ago)... More

Sometimes is advertised as being as 4 stars but officially has 3 and in reality has 2+ when you confrunt the staff with their 4* false advertisment, they offer you water and cofee. Bad smell Rusted shower "avorton de aur" (vali tornado) doesn't let you sleep

We've been there in the summer of 2010 and were happy with everything. The only inconvenience was when the water was off for a short period due to a problem but that was fixed quick. We'll go again there this year.

The services are almost inexistent. I spent 4 days in this 4* hotel and nobody visit the room to make it clean, to change the towels or at least to take the garbage. The bathroom smell horrible and the shower cabin is having a whole and the water went out of the cabin. The breakfast supose to be till 10:30... More
