Stayed two nights in May of 2015. I was traveling with my cousin. Both our rooms were on the top floor overlooking the front with great view. The rooms were spacious and clean. We ate dinner in house one night with a great bottle of wine. It was very good. All the personnel were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay... More

This was the only place we stayed on our tour that didn't even purport to have air conditioned rooms. It was warm outside during the day, but the nights cooled down nicely. I would have had the windows open at night, but when I did, the mosquitoes came in. Being Italy, where they like open air living, there are no... More

Hard to find but worth the effort. This is a grant mansion converted into a 3-star hotel overlooking rolling hills carpeted with orchards & vineyards. Rooms are huge. Have your breakfast outdoors. Food is so-so. Wine way over-priced. What they charge for a glass is what you may pay for 1.5 bottles in the market. Bring your own wine &... More

Being quite an old villa many features an amenities of this hostel reflect as much, so if you're looking for a Hyatt go on to Florence. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable, and they put us right next to our friends' room adjacent to a welcoming upstairs sitting room where we spent relaxing time. ATG placed us here 2... More

This great hotel in the heart of northern Tuscany was a great place with great food. Breakfast was basic, but the choices for dinner were great. The rooms were very spacious although a bit dark and the mattress was on the older side. The pool was nice overlooking the olive and lemon farms. The only negative was limited lounge chairs... More

On a walking tour of the Chianti region, one of our nights was spent at Fattoria Valle. We loved it. The 250 year old villa is full of charm and opportunities to imagine what it would have been like to own (or visit) such a villa in its hey dey - lots of places for gathering at the end of... More

Ok, it's a fattoria (like a farm hotel), so we expect it to be a simple place. And Relais Fattoria is a simple place: the room doesn't have minibar, TV, air conditioner and other facilities. Never mind about that. However, we paid 110 euros for a night and the quality of the bed is poor (we booked a double room... More

Stayed for two nights as the base of our trip in the Tuscan wine country. Service was good, breakfast was simple and room was clean & adequate. No fridge, coffee & tea facilities, tv or air con in the room but a good place to get away from the noise of the city.

I have used this accommodation for myself and for clients over the years and have been satisfied. The property is in a beautiful location and the hotel entrance is lovely. The bar area is still a comfortable gathering place after a long day of Chianti excursions. However, the rooms are tired, bedding is worn, and basic amenities like Tissues are... More

Very nice and romantic place, nothing fancy but soooooo romantic. I have been here many times and I love everything about it, I love that its not in the city center, I love that you are away from the noise. Please dont bring small children, its so nice when it is silent, its the thing with this place, to relax!
