Guiletta from Fagiolari does not deserve to have any guests stay at her Guest House – she has a most unfortunate manner and is extremely rude – her manner was appalling to our small group of 10 ladies who came to cook and stay at her guest house – everything was too much trouble and one was terrified of asking... We stayed 1 night in this beautiful 800 year old Italian villa in the heart of Tuscany. On our arrival Giulietta greeted us & showed us our room. Our room had a great panoramic view of the underlying valley & there was an olive tree outside our window. Ensuite bathroom with great shower. Mosquito nets in front of windows a... More

We stayed at Fagiolari for 3 nights and were disappointed. The room was rustic, which was fine, but the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. The house itself had charm and seemed authentically restored. The breakfasts were a big disappointment after the other superb B&Bs that we'd booked elsewhere. For someone who gives cooking lessons, it was surprising to see breakfast as... More

A group of us arranged by our Travel Agent had an unwelcoming stay Guilietta when it came to the cooking classes was very good and obviously enjoyed giving them. However she has no people skills when it comes to the Guesthouse, everything was a problem. There was a revolting smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom and her Accomodation was not great at... We spent 3 nights at Fagiolari recently. It is a beautiful setting and house. Guilletta is very welcoming and provides a perfect place to stay to explore the area. The location is down a small road which is about 2 km from Panzano. The pool and garden are the nicest I have seen. Within a short drive are all the... More

We spent a week at Fagiolari (1st week of August 2014): immediately upon our arrival, we felt uneasy, as if we weren't welcome. Instead of telling us the possibilities or things to do, she insisted on what NOT TO DO on the premises. She did not talk to us. We felt that her attitude made it difficult to relate to... More

A good friend of mine had mentioned and recommended this area (Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti) as being a "magic place." After spending 5 days in Panzano and enjoying the breathtaking views of the surroundings, I would say that's an understatement. There are hundreds of bed of breakfast in the area, so how do you choose what you're... More

This B&B sits in a beautiful area down an unpaved road in Panzano and has a pool. The surroundings are breathtaking especially when the sun is shining. We were met by the owner who we felt was a trifle bossy and not helpful and were shown two rooms. One was in the main house, dimly lit, on two levels separated... More

For the past several years we have spent time in Tuscany at Fagiolari, near Panzano. This is a wonderful place, in the middle of the Chianti Classsico with good restaurants, vistas to die for, and tremendous wine within close proximity. My wife and I have recently returned from an 11 day stay at Fagiolari. This is our 5th stay in... More

This B&B is located in the small town of Panzano in Chianti, about a 10 minute drive from the main road. The highlight is definitely the pool with views over the surrounding vineyards. The water was a little crisp but still lovely. The breakfast was nice too. Unfortunately we couldn't do the cooking course as the owner was away when... More
