Don't expect to speak in your native tongue. Italian, or nothing. We used our phrase book, and it is now well thumbed! Fresh towels, beds made, rubbish removed DAILY. Fabulous. We booked for three nights, had two rooms, both with kitchen facilities, very modern, clean and comfortable. Ideal for travellers who want to eat breakfast in, and maybe snacks as well.
