This a review for "IL LECCIO AT FATTORIA ARMENA" hired through To Tuscany - it is the smallest (I believe) of the three holiday villas at the site. Overall we had a fabulous holiday, not least because of the excellent hosting by the villa owner, Stefania. We arrived late into Pisa which combined with a slow hire car pick up... More

We were three couples sharing the Il Salariato apartment. Fattoria Armena is a fantastic Agriturismo facility full of love for their animals, wine fields, olive trees and us visitors. Stefania and here family welcomes you into their home and makes you feel like home. The farm itself is lovely and the view from the pool is amazing. You feel so... More

We three couples spent an incredibly enjoyable week at Fattoria Armena, The accomodations were very comfortable , the farm itself was so much fun and pleasurable with the horses and other animals. The infinity pool over looking a most beautiful valley with Montalcino in the background was only out done by the hospitality shown to us buy Stephania and her... More

The Fattoria Armena host Stefania and her family were most welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was very comfortable and the kitchen well geared to cook what we wanted. The view is fantastic from the room but especially while floating in the infinity pool. Lots of running and hiking trails right from the front door. Bring a topo map and you... More

Il Leccio was the ideal villa for 2 couples. It was charming, clean, was exactly as portrayed, and had beautiful grounds and views. Stefania, the owner, couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a perfect vacation. The village of Buonconvento was quaint, has lots of history and plenty of excellent restaurants. A car is a must in order to... More

We stayed for a week in the two bedroom, two bath apartment. The layout of the apartment was very good for two couples. The bedrooms were separated by the living area/kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and large. The owners were very nice and Stefania spoke very good English. The town was close by and had several good places to eat.... More

What an amazing place and the highlight of our 1 week trip to Italy. We toured Rome and Florence but this was the real Italy experience. The setting is amazing and straight out of a postcard. The farm is perched on top of a hill overlooking classic rolling Tuscan countryside. Our hosts were fabulous. Stefania made you feel immediately welcome... More

Yes there is a heaven on earth, complete with saints and angels. It is a small impeccable farm in the tiny provincial locale of Armena a stone’s throw from the pocket-sized walled town of Buonconvento (Latin for “Happy Place”). Over the past thirteen years or so my partner Lee, our daughter Emmy and I have ventured to this secluded paradise... More

We left our hearts there and miss especially the dogs :) Everything worked well, was very clean and beautiful concerning the villa and garden. ps:please, send our hearts back... More

We stayed at this lovely place for 2 weeks, and at the end we would like more time here. The host family who also lives on the little farm, is the most warm and carring people you can imagine. We felt welcome and treated like family from the moment we got here. The farm with all the animals, the infinity... More
