We didn't prebook having rented a car to explore Crete at our own pace. From the moment we entered reception to checking out we were made welcome by the lovely staff who happily showed us the rooms and offered cake and coffee whilst we checked in. The hotel itself is bright, modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms are recently renovated,... More

This is the sort of place where you feel your shoulders relax from the moment you arrive. We had a wonderful greeting from the family owners who offered us cold drinks, little sweet pastries and help with our luggage. We'd booked 2 rooms and they'd placed us opposite each other at one end of the first floor so we were... More

Booked seeview junior suite. After two days moved to standard room streetview without any "warning" and this done by fairly strange way. While beeing on the trip out of hotel our belongings has been transfered from original room to the new one by some hotel maiden. Unimaginable imrudence. I have spent in this hotel couple of stays realizing the wear... More

We have visited Agia Galini and always regretted having to drive back north to our hotel so we decided to book an overnight. Very easy to find and park, B & B double with a sea view £75. We arrived 4 hours early but our room was ready, ( had to wait for half an hour to check out as... More

We stayed at the hotel for a week in early April in one of the sea view suites. The hotel is in a good location with views over the bay. It is a 5 minute walk from the main town, but downhill. A longer and more leisurely walk is possible following the main road. The hotel is compact and public... More

I was in this hotel 4 years ago and I booked it again because it had a stunning view, a very safe closed parking, a convenient pool, excellent apartments and the right price for the services they offered. Now, I am pleased to say that they have a new crystal lift, a really super breakfast served in extremely clean displays... More

A small but very nice hotel. You have to book the sea view. Great view over the bay of Agia Galini. The rooms are nice. Everything is inside for a 4 star hotel. The village of Agia Galini is also very nice , just a few steps to go down to the restaurants.

A late review but a one I didn't want to miss.... We stayed at Palazzo Greco Agia Galini for the very first time August 2013 and absolutely loved it. Palazzo Greco is simply a little Cretan gem. From the impecable views, kind and generous people to the delicious food it was all superb. We booked a Junior suite and ended... More
