There is not much I can add to the most recent reviews, we were 4 rather mature holidaymakers! We could not believe the price paid for a two week stay and do not understand earlier poor reviews. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who had selected a room close to reception for us as I have walking... More

No overbooking. We were offered an upgrade which we accepted. Room was spacious and clean. Staff polite and helpful. Food we had no problem with we enjoyed the salads, main courses and loved the deserts. you could always find something, cant understand people saying they had to pay a fortune to eat out. We are 64 and 62 but still... More

Enjoyed the holiday, but it's the little things that let it down, food is the same thing most days, not much variety, cold and hot food available, but for all inc I wasn't incredibly pleased when I found out there was limited times on everything, my idea of all inc is food available as and when you want it, but... Just returned from Village Panorama where we stayed for a week all inclusive. Upgraded to sea view room which was large and spotlessly clean, towels changed every alternate day, sheets twice. I cannot fault the food in the restaurant, there were some lovely choices, never thought I can't eat that! I genuinely think some people just like to moan. As... More

Right, we returned yesterday after a week at the Panorama, we had a fantastic holiday, my only gripes were very minor ones, yes the drinks didn't have a kick ( too much water?), the all inclusive regarding drinks did finish too early at 10.30, but that aside, we couldn't complain value for money wise. The day bar man Costas did... More

If you are after a luxurious break then this isn't for you but I was after a cheap getaway and got exactly that. And I really couldn't complain. On arrival the lady on reception sent us down for food as the restaurant had closed but they were expecting us so had hung back so I thought this was a great... More

We came to this hotel on an unexpected break, I’d originally booked this for my daughter and son in law – who I’m sure, would have found it ideal. Unfortunately this hotel did not meet our expectations and we were glad that we were only there for a week. The hotel is located on the side of a hill with... More

When we booked this holiday we thought lets ignore the poor reviews and see what its like for ourselves. At the end of the day its somewhere to sleep at night and if the food was that bad we could eat out!! We had come to see some of the Island, relax at the pool and beach. We only paid... More
