We stayed for one night in a double room, overlooking Rue Carnot. The room was not overly large but had all that you would expect. Wardrobe, desk, couple of chairs and a small bathroom. The bed was comfortable, quite firm, which suited us. The Hotel proprietor, whilst not speaking much English ( and our very limited French) was most welcoming... More

Basic hotel that fitted our requirements exactly. My partner has been to this area before and was wanting to show me as much as possible in our short stay. Therefore, all we wanted was somewhere to put our heads down for the night and prepare the next morning. The room was basic, but ticked all our boxes. Clean and tidy,... More

We stayed here in May and had quite a large room however this time our room was very small and cramped and was not really suitable for two people. It really is a question of you get what you pay for and we would only consider staying here again if we could get a family room. Steps are very steep... More

Stayed in Hotel Des Arts a couple of years ago. Like a lot of the older cheaper hotels in France its tired. It was reasonably clean and the shower was OK. breakfast was basic and OK. Did not eat other than that in the hotel as Wimereux has several good restaurants close by so its nice to find those out.... More

We arrived on Saturday afternoon, having been delayed by the shuttle. The hotel looked like many French ones we've stayed in with the comensurate French aroma. The room itself was overlooking the road and we could see the sea but it was an odd shape. At one end of the bed there was hardly any clearance to walk in, whilst... More

Agree with everything little Emma (previous reviewer) said. Couldn't have put it better myself. Breakfast costs extra, we were going to have it until we saw what was on offer. Individual boxes of Kelloggs sugar cereals, a small bowl of not too good fruit and sliced bread. There are plenty of places in Wimereaux to eat, go elsewhere.. One minus,... More

We were looking for a hotel to stay in for one night in Wimereux as it is close to the Euro Tunnel. We had left it a little late to book and so the only option available to us was Hotel des Arts. For one night's stay, this hotel is fine. The owner was very pleasant when we walked in,... More

We decided a week before hand to visit Wimereux over the May Bank Holiday so our options were very limited. It really was Hobson's choice. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel's official rating is one star. All that was left was a standard room which was spacious and above all very clean and very good value. On the plus... More

Stayed here in a 'Superior Family' room at the beginning of March 2014. Wasn't expecting much for 60 Euro but was pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped, with a TV, balcony and brand new fitted shower room. The bed was comfortable and the 'clic-clac' bed for the children was already made up and cosy too.... More
