We are very satisfied with our stay in Saint thomas residences. The view from our room was astonishing, hotel itself is splendid with carefully maintained erea and panoramic views. Buffet breakfast was great and delicious. We liked car parking facilities. Highly recomend.

The complex offers one hotel building and multiple apartement residences. We have stayed in hotel room with sea view, that was really great. In the complex there are multiple pools and during our stay (low season) there were most of the time empty (water was bit cold, but not that bad). The place is quiete far away from civilisation, but... More

The hotel is located at around 10km from Sozopol, in an area that's highly unaccessible. While it's a resort, having few restaurants, none of them are open past 23. We arrived at 22:30 and were left starving, as nothing was open and we had nowhere to go to get something to eat. The wifi was working good and had a... More

I want to make clear from the beginning that my review is related to Hotel Karina (building #3 in the photo with the map). The good - location and service, the bad - poor maintenance of facilities. The location is really great, away from everything. It is indeed quite nice for families with children. The service was good, here I... More

Been coming here since the first year of completion. 2007 As with all new ventures it takes time to get things right and keep all happy. The service has improved vastly and the quality of the food in the viking gives the ala carte restaurant a run for there money the staff are now multi languages so ordering is great.... More

We had our room in the hotel St. Thomas. In this nice and calm area, there are holiday apartments in several buildings and one big building belongs to the hotel. There is no good view to the sea from hotel's rooms - it is useless to spend supplement money for a sea view room. But the hotel is realy near... More

My spouse and I recently spent a week at the Saint Thomas Residences. At the entrance to the hotel, it shows a five star rating. The location on a bluff overlooking the Black Sea and the buildings, swimming pools, grounds are five star, but the service is four star at best. When we arrived, we saw that we could not... More

I join the opinions that St. Thomas is definitely right place for relaxation - well run, clean (air, sea, the 4 pools and hotel rooms) and quiet small resort (a hotel and several 3-4 storeyed villas) on a top of small peninsula without the turmoil of bigger resorts; two beaches near-by. The resort fits especially families with small children –... More

This place is an ideal paradise for family that has had enough of city and party life. No city, No party, No cars around. Walking, cycling, swimming, volleyball, basketball, football. Good kids playground. Clean pools (for those who come to the sea to skip the sea). Water fun on the beach. But just dont count on the restaurants... (don't count... More

Saint Thomas is a good location for family with children. Location / view is very beautiful, much attention is given to cleanliness and order. I was staying at one of the villas complex (Kasiopea), a studio comprised of a large living room and a little bedroom with double bed. The living room was equipped with a fully equipped kitchen that... More
