Prepare yourself for an outdoor paradise with swinging vines, waterfalls, excotic gardens, star filled evenings, birds of paradise, and friendly monkeys. The "silence" of the jungle at Sanctuary is the music and rytheme of life. It felt like the jungle breeze passed right through us and the natural vibrations of the earth sang all day and night. The vegetarian gourmet... More

One week birding, yoga, and delicious ayurvedic prepared meals made this an incredibly memorable and wonderful experience at Sanctuary of Two Rivers. Each day was another delight. Liz's talent and intuition as a yoga leader were inspirational, challenging and restorative and each of our twice daily yoga sessions was another avenue of exploration... Jeff's vision, knowledge and super high energy... More

I have been fortunate to have many amazing getaways, but this one tops them all. The Sanctuary is just that...a sanctuary. It is remote, private, stunningly beautiful, peaceful and magical. From the initial walk through the river and onto the property, the transformation begins. The accommodations are amazing, open, thoughtfully built and beautiful, complete with a shower facing the garden... More

A retreat where there are no judgements, where who you are is celebrated and expanded in a setting as natural and spectacular as any jungle movie you've ever seen. The yoga, the meditations, the hikes, services, food are not to be topped and the staff is upbeat, knowlegable, professional and loving. A most satisfying and joyous experience!

Jeff, Liz and their small and helpful team make you feel staying with an extended family in a magnificant jungle paradise. I stayed here throughout a Yoga retreat and we an amazing time. Completly rejuvenating. Being connected with nature, letting go and enjoying being far away from civilisation. We enjoyed the lovely Pagoda for Yoga (and listening to the monkeys... More

We went to a yoga retreat - loved the opportunity to do yoga in the pagoda. The vegetarian good is absolutely gourmet! Also take advantage of the massages offered. Sarah is awesome. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I just led a week long yoga retreat at the Sanctuary...having researched many places, I am unbelievably grateful this was my final choice. Being in the remote jungle, surrounded by nature, eating decadent, healthy food, with such wonderful people, and nourishing energy was a healing, rejuvenating journey of body and soul. The facilities - including our rooms with outdoor showers,... More

What fortunate thing to have taken my first tropical retreat at The Sanctuary. I cannot imagine a better place exists. The retreats combination of a true rustic natural setting with very tastefully well designed facilities, schedule and impeccable vegan menu made the week magical. You have options to do your own thing or join the day's schedule of yoga and... More

Just came back one week ago from The Sanctuary. The best parts were: the amazing healthy delicious healing filling meals prepared by Chef Michelle; the beautiful caring staff, the setting is absolutely beautiful, the landscape, flowers, trees, assortment of birds, etc. It was a surprisingly profound lifestyle changing place for me. I loved the remoteness, the 15 min or so... More
