Grand Resort is really a good place to stay with family. Very peaceful and natural green environment within and outside the resort. Staff is very co-operative. Veg food is good and hygienic. No stomach upsets. Lot of space and swimming pool for children to enjoy. Real value for money.

We had pleasant stay. Entire family enjoyed the ambience. Staff was very well mannered and responsive, particularly waiters at food counter. They took care of all guests very well. Veg food was excellent. One area of improvement is cleanliness. Oveall it was an excellent experience. Keep it up.

Booked this hotel as a last minute choice and regretted the entire stay there. Pathetic cleanliness, poor maintanenece, and dis respectful staff. In short, NOT WORTH IT. go somewhere else and have some nice time

The rooms are near reception area and sport centre. I have booked through yatra.com . During booking they have not taken child's extra charges. When we reached hotel we checked in and after 2 hours manager told that we have to pay extra money for child 1800 for 2 nights. Now I can't move out be oz we already checked... More

This resort's locatin is good. Good environment. Ht water not available properly. Lot of spiders in rooms. Food not upto the mark. n wifi not working is the reason./ nt wth for money. changed room once for flush not working.

Rooms amunities not maintained. Hot water facility for bath not maintained. Garden amunities are not maintained. swimming pool not clean. Hope it will improve in future. Hotel managment totally missing.
