Stayed here for about a week as a visiting Doctor doing voluntary work with the hospital in Makunduchi. This place rocks. The staff were friendly, food was fantastic and good value, lovely rooms and overall superb value. we chose the Red Monkey just by chance, arriving at the far end of Jambiani and not having found anything else available...actually we really liked the place: bungalows are clean and right on the beach front, there's a lovely patio/garden in front of the bungalows with palm trees where you can sun bathe and the the place is really quiet... more
