We stayed and thought it was good. It's a pretty neat design, has nice common areas and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms were odd though. Weird shape and not a lot of room for the family. Bring your own entertainment if you just want to hole up in the room. Or spend some time in the common... More

What a cute, cozy place to stay! Our room was quite comfortable and very clean. A kitchen, outdoor grill, and hot tub were available for the guests to use. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The inn is a very short walk to a beautiful park on the water. When we return to New Denver, we will definitely stay... More

a fridge to keep the drinks cold, perfect way to tend the day after travelling through with 2 buddies on our motorcycles. We stayed in the lofted dome which has a bedroom on the min floor with 2 beds as well as 2 beds in the loft, 1 being hide a bed which was crappy. Check in was very pleasant and... More

We are so glad we stayed! We stayed in a lodge room with private bath with our family (a child and baby.) It was very clean, funky architecture, with helpful friendly staff. New Denver is a beautiful "off the beaten track" type of outdoorsy location, we loved it! Our stay actually reminded us of backpacking in Europe staying in nice... More

Tried to book a two night stay, however once they found out that we have an 8 month old daughter we were informed that they weren't interested in our business. Apparently the walls are thin and they were worried that if our daughter cried at night (despite the fact that she sleeps very well) it would disturb the other guests.... More

The first time I stopped there, it was full, but the hostess was more than friendly and helpful with assisting me in finding another nice place to stay. So, because it is such an unusual building I made certain to book ahead a nights stay on my way back from Nelson. I had a very nice stay, kinda wish I... More

What a wonderful find in the Kootenays. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at Dome Quixote and used New Denver as a base to travel in the area. Coming back to our unique, comfortable and well - appointed cottage was just as much fun as exploring beaches, lakes, hot springs and the wonderful food places in the area. We... More

Totally unexpected find in New Denver! We stayed one night and loved it. The place is spotless and really prettily decorated. We got there on a quiet night as there was only one other couple staying. The place has a hot tub, communal kitchen and common room/library. It felt clean, warm and relaxing. Some rooms are en suite but not... More

My boyfriend and I stayed one night here at this little gem in the Slocan valley. It was quiet and very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed a walk to the little shops and to Greer Park which is spectacular. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to bring snacks and drinks as the restaurants close early or... More

We stayed only one night in dome # 3 while passing through New Denver. This property is spotless inside and out. The property is located in the center of town and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Don't expect to find much in New Denver as it is a very small village. The gardens surrounding the domes are... More
