You cannot go wrong with this Band B. We just returned from a two week trip to Wales staying mostly in B and Bs and Bryn-y-Ddafad was at the top of the list. The only thing the traveler must be careful about is not missing the final directional sign (it had been a bit obscured by brush when we were... More

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely B&B while visiting friends. Beautiful location not far from Cowbridge with lovely garden, spotless rooms and large dining room/conservatory where we had breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and the hot options being cooked to order. There was also a lounge for guest use and lots of information on the... More

My wife and I have just returned from 4 terrific nights spent at this lovely B and B. June and Glyn are 2 of the nicest people you could want to meet and immediately make you feel like one of the family, with nothing being too much trouble. If you are looking for a B and B where there is... More

We have just spent 8 nights at this lovely bed and breakfast where we felt very much at home. It is situated in a beautiful spot with farm land all around yet not too far from either Cowbridge or Cardiff. The rooms are light and comfortable with lovely views. There is a lounge upstairs for those staying in the house... More

We just found this place off the internet, without a recommendation and June and Glyn were very accommodating throughout our stay. The highlights? The light and airy breakfast conservatory, the pre-soaked porridge oats (Scottish trick), the garden (award-winning) and the brown signs making it easy to find. But most of all our hosts' helpful attitude (an offer to store my... More

We had a great stay and were well looked after. The garden makes Bryn-y-Ddafad stand out and is a wonderful bonus. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and everything we needed was on hand. I would recommend a stay.

Like last reviewer stayed in many B&B throughout Britain and this is up with the very best. Lovely rural location only couple of miles from Cowbridge with excellent amenities and beautiful Glamorgan coast. The accommodation is excellent with eye to detail , very good breakfast but perhaps best of all a wonderful, friendly and helpful welcome from owners. Garden is... More

Bryn-y-Ddafad was recommended to us by my parents and rightly so. It is in a very quiet location but not too far from Cowbridge, which is a nice place to visit and good for places to eat in the evening. The accommodation was clean and comfortable; breakfast superb. June made us very welcome and was glad to show us around... More

We had a very enjoyable three night stay at Bryn-y-Ddafad which is set in rural surroundings overlooking a beautiful garden. Our twin room was very comfortable with smart modern en suite bathroom and with use of wi-fi. Breakfast was superb, with excellent choices. We were made very welcome by our hosts, June and Glynn and felt at home from the... More

I stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the welcome, the breakfasts and the comforts offered in this quiet B&B. Although my room was a little on the small side it was spotlessly clean. I had a separate bathroom (not shared) a few steps away. Other rooms had ensuites. The gardens are very pretty and obviously well cared for. Tea,... More
