We went for a day out with our two children. Living only 20 minutes away but never having been there we wanted to see it. We arrived and were promptly asked to pay £10 for the 4 of us. We entered the 'farm' and there were chickens and geese running around. the only farm animals that we could see were... More

Dark and dingy could hardly see the poor animals .Play area broken and run down, the one thing my grandkids loved was the chicks.Just stay away going to report the things I saw as I felt really unhappy about the place as a whole .

This farm use to be a really nice place to visit. We hadn't been for a few years so decided to go there for a change. The farm is really run down, there's chicken and duck poo everywhere and the animals are kept in appalling conditions. The place is overrun with ducks and chickens, who have free run if the... More

This is for the FARM PARK. I am deeply concerned about some of the animals at this facility, three mini shetlands with hooves that should have been trimmed months ago a llama whose fleece was matted with excrement, mud, etc, goats with sores on their muzzles, a pig in a tiny stinking sty......need I go on?

This is a review for the animal / childrens farm not the accommodation: We came to this farm on Boxing day (couldn't believe it was open!). Needless to say the weather was a bit overcast and chilly and we were the only ones there. But, the man who owns this place was so lovely and welcoming and couldn't have done... More

We took our 3yr old grandson here and were so pleased we did. It is only a small farm park but it is very hands on and reasonably priced at £3 for adults and £2 for children. Immediately on entering we were besieged by chickens, ducks and various other birds, all clamouring for food (50p) per bag. The highlight - the... More

We took my 2-year old nephew to this farm park, and he loved it. It's a relatively small farm park, which is reflected in the admission - £3 for adults, £2 for children, and 50p for a bag of animal feed. There are many ducks, chickens and prairie dogs roaming free, as well as many other enclosed animals. There's also... More

Our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed, with a great breakfast prepared fresh every morning. Marian is a hospitable, friendly and attentive host and was happy to help in any way possible. We would happily stay there again.

There was lots of giinea pigs in small dark dirty area. A poor little pig in apalling conditions. A half eaten bird that was being eatenby... More
