I thought £3.00 entry was cheap and I realise why, the animals were unkempt and neglected. I thought something was amiss when I saw that Rabbits and chickens were kept in the same hut, and one of the rabbits was looking after the eggs. Then other rabbits were just running around the grass amidst the chaos with chickens and geese... More

I have to agree with several other posts this is a run down place and the animals are not looked after. There were rabbits in the tiniest of hutches, small goat with a limp and all looked unkept. The rspca should be looking into this place and the health and safety inspector. Don't go to this place it's an utter... More

We booked to stay at this bed and breakfast-a family room for my husband, 14 year old son, dog and I. When we arrived the lovely owner upgraded us to her newly converted mill-which was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious a choice of full English or cereals and fresh fruit. Plenty of lovely countryside to walk in. There is a... More

My wife and 2 kids aged 8 and 6 enjoyed a two night stay here to attend a wedding in Cardiff with the reception in Pendoylan. The farmhouse was easy enough to find and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty with a nice selection of cereals, yogurts, toast and cooked breakfast. The owners were helpful and... More

I have to agree with previous bad reviews. I felt that this place was shabby, expensive and I was concerned about the welfare of the animals, they looked sad, unkempt and uncared for, also pooh everywhere. In the children's play area the playhouse was in pieces, the little trikes were broken. Cold miserable day.

We went for a day out with our two children. Living only 20 minutes away but never having been there we wanted to see it. We arrived and were promptly asked to pay £10 for the 4 of us. We entered the 'farm' and there were chickens and geese running around. the only farm animals that we could see were... More

This farm use to be a really nice place to visit. We hadn't been for a few years so decided to go there for a change. The farm is really run down, there's chicken and duck poo everywhere and the animals are kept in appalling conditions. The place is overrun with ducks and chickens, who have free run if the... More

This is for the FARM PARK. I am deeply concerned about some of the animals at this facility, three mini shetlands with hooves that should have been trimmed months ago a llama whose fleece was matted with excrement, mud, etc, goats with sores on their muzzles, a pig in a tiny stinking sty......need I go on?

This is a review for the animal / childrens farm not the accommodation: We came to this farm on Boxing day (couldn't believe it was open!). Needless to say the weather was a bit overcast and chilly and we were the only ones there. But, the man who owns this place was so lovely and welcoming and couldn't have done... More
