Sheepleys was one of our favourite places to stay during our holiday in the UK. Roger and Wendy were welcoming and professional. We were warmly greeted at the front door. Registered. Shown to our room (twin beds), informing us of necessary details and even suggested areas for dinner. The room was clean, comfortably furnished, good WIFI and excellent bathroom amenities.... More

We spent 4 nights at Sheepleys. Firstly the decor is charming - I just loved the sheep; secondly the hosts - Roger and Wendy were welcoming, very relaxed and always interested in our plans for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed comfortable. I would not stay anywhere else in this area! The guest... More

We attended a wedding in St Donat's, for which this B&B was perfectly located about a 10 minute drive away. I would not hesitate in recommending it to other people looking to stay in the area. We received a very friendly welcome to a beautiful place! I really only have good things to say about this place - lovely room,... More

I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us, and thank you for bringing these little 'niggles' to our attention. Without feedback from guests we wouldn't be able to maintain the hight standards we strive for. I'm sorry you had trouble with the Wi-fi, but we live in rural Wales and the Broadband is sometimes inconsistent. We have changed... More

We stayed here for three nights with two other couples so we occupied all three rooms in the B&B. There was a small lounge area for guests which was a great place to meet and plan our days and then return to in the evenings to talk about our adventures. The hosts were warm and engaging, the breakfasts large and... More

Thank you to Roger and Wendy for giving us such a warm welcome last weekend. We enjoyed a comfortable room and top-notch breakfast with good menu options and a range of excellent breads and preserves. There was the bonus of enjoying the beautiful gardens and meeting Colin the donkey. Thanks also for being so flexible and understanding with the changing... More

An excellent B&B with standards of a Five star hotel. Why cannot a lot of hotels in the UK match the welcome and service we received from Wendy and Roger. Well worth a visit We had a beautiful comfortable room with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Great breakfasts.and with the town of Carbridge down the road a... More

We were attending a wedding in a nearby village and booked this B & B due to its close proximity and reasonable prices. This is the first time I have stayed in a B & B which is also someone's home but I had nothing to worry about. The room was very pleasant, clean, nicely decorated (with added sheep friends)... More

Just spent a fabulous few days at Sheepleys with our horses. What a great place to stay, and if you have the opportunity to take your horse I strongly recommend it. A horse riders dream. We stayed two nights and after a long ride there, we arrived to a warm welcome from Colin the donkey (who was adorable) and Wendy,... More
