This neat little B&B is located just behind the main street in Spean Bridge. Hosts will pick up & drop off walkers doing the Great Glen Way (as there is nowhere to stay on the route). Happy to answer any questions or give advice on the area. Single room was small and basic but clean & comfortable. Free wifi. TV... More

We stayed here for one night whilst walking the East Highland Way. The owner was very friendly, and greeted us with open arms. He was extremely efficient, with menus for the main restaurants so we could take our pick of what was on offer locally. Everywhere was very clean. Rooms were perhaps a tad spartan however very comfortable, and very... More

I stayed here for one night with a group of friends before the Caledonian Challenge. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. A great breakfast in the morning was the perfect send-off. Even organised to deliver some belongings we left behind. Would reccommend

Last week I stayed here for 3 nights (room #3), as things for walking the Great Glen Way didn't go as planned. The rooms are small, but big enough for their purpose. Guest areas are very clean. The 2 bathrooms (1 with a bad) have a small arrangement of soaps, shaving cream, cotton balls, etc. for your convenience. You'll be... More

The place is lovely and Isabel can time chuckie eggs to perfection. it must be good becasue people don't go back if it isn't so they? The area is good, russell's is fab but you need to book. Somehting a little cheaper is the Aonoch Moor... More

Myself and a friend stayed here over the August bank holiday w/end. We were on a short tour of Scotland on motor cycles. Alan and Isobel are very welcoming and are very knowledgeable about roads in the area, they also allowed us to park out m/cycles round the back of the property out of sight.(although it is a very quiet... This was a real find. Alan went the extra mile to fit me in at the last moment. Both he and Isobel have great local knowledge with helpful suggestions for trips and the atmosphere is relaxed, peaceful and welcoming. Although the bathrooms are shared they are spotless and spacious. The rooms are also extremely clean and comfortable. One downside -... More

First the bad: rooms don't have in suite bathroom. The good: in a strangely fully booked Spean Bridge (strangely because it does not offer many attraction) this was a very nice discover. The rooms are extra-clean, also the shared bathroom is spotless. The manager-owner is extremely kind, he booked our dinner at a local restaurant, and generally was nice talking... More

Stayed here on the second day of The Great Glen Way. The owners came out to Gairlochy to collect me after my days walking and then give transport back to the locks in the morning (about 6 miles round trip). A really warm friendly welcome, very clean and smart room, comfortable bed and a nice tasty breakfast the following morning.... More

We got a very warm welcome here. The hosts had very helpfully gathered menus for all the restaurants in the area, which was useful. The house is in the centre of the village - everything is an easy walk. We found the house very comfortable and the hosts were lots of fun. The breakfast black pudding from their local butcher...
