I researched widely on the Internet before deciding on The Heathers and I must say I was very pleased with myself! The location is lovely. You are not hemmed in by lots of other B&Bs so there is a sense of isloation. We had the double room with a superb view of the Loch Lochy. The toilet window overlooked the... more

We wish we could have stayed longer. The highlights were the view from the window and the amazing breakfast! more

A beautifully kept B&B in a lovely position. Great breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts who are particularly keen to tell you all about their B&B, its history, and their own experiences. To us, they seem slightly less interested in their guests experiences, often totally ignoring our comments. But they sure can talk!! However, despite the personality quirks of the... more

We happened upon Liz and Andrew 's "The Heathers" by accident and to our surprise what a gem we found. It was absolutely the most ultimate bed and breakfast we stayed at while traveling in Europe. They were delightful and fun hosts. We would reccomend their home without any hesitation to anyone traveling to Scotland. more

Absolutely fantastic experience staying at the Heathers. After staying in many different hotels and B&B's across Europe and the US, the Heathers is at the top of our list. The room was spotless, the hosts extremely gracious, and the location can't be beat. Andrew and Liz made us feel most welcome and gave us great advice and information on the... more

Having trolled through countless Guest houses and B & B's for a last minute get away over the Easter weekend we were so pleased to have been accepted to stay at the Heathers, 'What a find'.. From the minute we arrived, both Liz and Andrew made us so welcome in their beautiful home. Their attention to detail and 5 *... more

We had a fabulous time at the Heathers. Liz and Andrew were just delightful. Their B&B is full of charm, with beautiful views over looking the loch. Their breakfasts were a gourmet delight (Liz is agreat cook!). The room we had was very clean and comfortable. Andrew was super with his maps and advice on walks and tours around the... more

After flying and driving for several hours, there couldn't have been a better place to arrive at! Such a warm welcome, breathtaking surrounding and lovely room- it was top-notch! The comfy chair in the lounge after checking-in and the very nice company of other guests- Scotland couldn't have welcomed me in a more perfect way! And that wasn't all: Breakfast... more

My wife and I have just returned from a tour of the Western Highlands & Skye which we planned using the internet to search for our accommodation in advance. We had the extreme good fortune to come across 'The Heathers' website and the fact that you are reading this review means that you will almost certainly have visited the website... more
