Stayed 3 days the people were really nice and the food is amazing. It's a very romantic place next to a loch and a cute little waterfall is behind the place. I will be visiting them again. The whole staff is on point from the woman who runs it to her son the Chef it's a family run place and... More

Charming lodge hotel, quaint rooms staff very pleasant cheerful and chatty, made to feel very welcome. Not in walking distance to anything but didn't expect to be, views are to die for, beautiful breakfast cooked to perfection. We did think the hotel is very overpriced and did put us off staying in for an evening meal as the menu very... More

This hotel is well off the Great Glen, but well worth the effort to get to. I had planned on walking to it, but the road to the hotel was quite busy and not safe to walk. I called the hotel to arrange a taxi, but none were available so the manager came and picked me up. He also arranged... More

This hotel was once a Victorian era hunting lodge, now a family owned and run hotel. We stayed 3 nights and used the hotel as a base to travel further afield and explore the Highlands. Corriegour has stunning views, and our hosts, James and Ian, were just outstanding; they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The dinners were... More

I understand the criticism that there is room for updating, but we found the place to be utterly charming with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The food was wonderful, the location was beautiful, it had a pretty waterfall running beside it ... did I mention the food was wonderful? I would go back just for the meals. The staff was... More

This hotel is so charming and homely. It has beautiful views, a lovely hostess - Christine and the rooms are so cosy and charming. You get a warm feeling when you walk in and sit by the fire - the dinner was so beautiful, fresh and local produce.

Unfortunately first impressions of a "slightly tired" old place proved correct. The room was very tired, dinner was nice, service a little slow however as James seemed to be the only staff member in the hotel we wondered if he was cooking as well as waiting and doing reception! Wine and drinks were on the pricey side. Breakfast was very... More

We stayed here several years ago, as a family group of four. Probably the most congenial hotel I have stayed in. Wonderfully comfortable. Fabulous setting and views. Superb restaurant with prize winning chef showing his worth.

The hotel is set on its own in the forest opposite Loch Lochy. It is a grand old dame that still offers comfort and pleasure for the traveller. The rooms are a reasonable size with a comfortable bed. Where the hotel really shines is the dining room. The food and the view from the dining room (especially if you have... More
