The location of this hotel is fantastic, beautiful views from the dining room and the food is great. James was very welcoming but the room/facilities certainly did not reflect the £180+ per night price tag. The room was tiny, nowhere to sit and dry your hair, no bath, no view and a musty smell. The rooms are badly in need... More

This Hotel is family run and the initial welcome was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a fantastic view over Loch Lochy. We chose to have our meal in the Restaurant and are very happy that we did. The meal was excellent, with each course betrayed than the last. Coffee in the lounge after dinner was enjoyed with... Tired old hotel needing attention (ripped dated wallpaper etc).Every footstep was heard with normal guest activity - entering/leaving rooms, walking down hallways. Room was TINY, we kept tripping over our cases and we could not adjust the temperature. Wifi only available in very specific areas. Was told we had loch view but this was only out of bathroom window. For... More

The hotel is an old Scottish Hunting Lodge. Very quaint and pretty ...in the most amazing location with the most amazing view of the loch. Dinner was absolutely the best meal we had in Scotland. The appetizer, entree, dessert were all fabulous. Highly recommend!

We stayed there last week. We were made very welcome and the food is the best we have ever experienced.....and I have eaten a great deal over the years! The whisky bar is great.....the staff really know this subject!

The hotel has great views down Loch Lochy from the dining room. Our room, number 2, was a little small but well equipped. The shower was good. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, as was the service. The downside is it's not cheap, our one night bill for two, with dinner and drinks, was about £360.

Stayed 3 days the people were really nice and the food is amazing. It's a very romantic place next to a loch and a cute little waterfall is behind the place. I will be visiting them again. The whole staff is on point from the woman who runs it to her son the Chef it's a family run place and... More

Charming lodge hotel, quaint rooms staff very pleasant cheerful and chatty, made to feel very welcome. Not in walking distance to anything but didn't expect to be, views are to die for, beautiful breakfast cooked to perfection. We did think the hotel is very overpriced and did put us off staying in for an evening meal as the menu very... More

This hotel is well off the Great Glen, but well worth the effort to get to. I had planned on walking to it, but the road to the hotel was quite busy and not safe to walk. I called the hotel to arrange a taxi, but none were available so the manager came and picked me up. He also arranged... More

This hotel was once a Victorian era hunting lodge, now a family owned and run hotel. We stayed 3 nights and used the hotel as a base to travel further afield and explore the Highlands. Corriegour has stunning views, and our hosts, James and Ian, were just outstanding; they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The dinners were... More
