Myself and my (now) wife recently (October 2013) stayed at the lodge during our honey moon. It was just what we had hoped... we were given a very warm welcome and throughout the stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lodge is reasonably small, and very cosy... we spend evenings by the fire in the lounge, with... More

I'll start on a positive note by saying that the food was great and that the restaurant experience was overall a pleasant one. The rest of the experience, however, was not commensurate with a 4 star. The rooms themselves are dramatically overpriced for what you get, being more 2 or 3 star. Beware that this hotel is one of those... More

Strengths: Efficient booking system. Welcome was ok but a smile from hotel manager reception would have been good. The lounge and bar was comfortable. There were lots of interesting things in the lounge (good reading material etc). We dined at the hotel. The food was amazing - so well done for that. The view from the restaurant was fantastic. What an utterly fantastic experience! This family run hotel is a superbly located hideaway set in some of the most spectacular scenery imaginable. Every detail was perfect. A warm welcome from extremely helpful, attentive and friendly staff set the tone for our stay which was faultless from start to finish. There is a real passion for service evident here. The... More

My partner and I spent just two nights at Corriegour Lodge Hotel but would have stayed more if we could have. The staff - all of them - were so helpful and welcoming. James was just great and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Ian, owner and chef, was also so friendly and... More

The owners provide a warm and welcoming environment, from the log fire in the lounge to the comfortable and embracing beds and bedrooms. It overlooks Loch Lochy with beautiful scenic views from the dining room. It is family owned and it is evident from the calm and relaxed demeanor of the staff. The food provided for dinner is top quality.

This hotel's food is lovely. The staff are so pleasant, kind and attentive. The rooms are tired but it is part of the ambiance. What is mainly needed is internet! For a place this price, despite its remote location, nowadays people expect better internet. The owner immediately reminds you when you arrive and multiple times thereafter not to download any... Set out of town but this place offers a room with dinner and breakfast. I would recommend you take up the dinner option as the food was amazing and one of the best meals we had during our 2 month world trip. Also had great loch views from the dining room. The room was comfortable and decorated in a colonial... More

Do you want to explore the Great Glen? Do you want somewhere in a fantastic location with good links to the whole Glen? Look no further. We've stayed in lots of hotels with bigger bedrooms, better equipped bathrooms and more facilities in the public areas, none of that matters here. The place is absolutely superb, the location, the staff and last... More
