Our holiday in Spean Bridge was thoroughly enjoyed while staying at the Riverside Lodge Gardens. A beautiful setting on the Spean River. Due to the exceptional care by Colin, we were able to see close and distant sites, hike nearby trails and have reservations at one of the local restaurants. For two weeks, we experienced great moments without a car.... More

We were welcomed by Colin who showed us our facilities. He was kind enough to book us a place at the old railway restaurant over the road - which has nice food. The room was nice and the shower hot with the bed comfy. Colin asked us what time we wanted breakfast each day and was very helpful in providing... More

We stayed here the night before taking part in the Caledonian Challenge and Colin could not have been more helpful or accommodating. At the time of making the reservation he was kind enough to make some restaurant suggestions. When we arrived he made a fridge available for us to store supplied needed for the next day. He also got up... More

A great welcome, a beautiful house, stunning surrounds, if you are visiting the area, stay here. It truly is a wonderful place to stay. Colin's tips on places to visit really made our break special - we'd have missed half of the "wow"s if we'd just gone by the guidebook. Spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated room, definitely one of the... More

Lovely house. Beautiful setting. An amazing host. We wish we could've stayed longer. Colin provided great advice on things to see and do in the district. He provided an enormous breakfast. When asked about a nearby laundromat he simply took our washing from us and did it. We loved Scotland in general but we really loved staying with Colin in... More

Lovely house with a garden surrounded by a river. Very clean and tidy. Wonderful host who made us very welcomed, and a full Scottish breakfast to set us on our way. What more could you ask for. Went down to the river and spotted a kingfisher, lovely to see.

On arrival we had a friendly welcome from Colin who promptly took our cases in and showed us to a very delightful spotless room. The decor was very stylish and the house was in the most beautiful setting which had lovely gardens surrounding and then the mountains in the distance. In addition meeting Murphy (the cat) made our stay even... More

I had a fabulous stay here after a days walking the Great Glen. Colin picked me up from Gairlochy and gave all the details of the area on the tour back to the B&B. The house was beautiful and extremely tastefully decorated by Sandra, such quality. Colin was very helpful with tips on where to eat, village shop etc and... More

We stayed at Riverside Lodges for a week commencing 29.6.13, the lodge which was of a very high standard, had the most amazing views over beautiful gardens and mountains, it even looked stunning in the rain! Our dog had a lovely week walking in the peaceful and tranquil grounds to the lodges including a private beach for catching the rays,... More
