This B&B is located about a mile outside Lairg on the main road through to Bonar Bridge (and the A9). It's actually very near the railway station so very convenient for rail travellers. Car parking is on the gravel drive at the side of the house and a bit of additional space next to the drive by the road. As... More

We stayed here as part of a biking group heading north. The B and B is 30 mins walk out of town, but is comfortable and well furnished. The highlight here is the breakfast. In weeks of English and Scottish breakfasts, this was arguably the best.

We stayed here in Lairg on May 9th on our travels through the Highlands. June and Clive gave us a warm welcome and looked after us very well. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The star is the summerhouse at the top of the garden. It has views over the river and hills beyond. On a rainy... More

Stayed here March 2015. Very pleasant stay. Lovely house, slightly outside Lairg, close to the railway station. En suite room which like the rest of the house was clean and tidy. Very comfy bed and good night's sleep. Wifi available which worked. Owners both very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Make your breakfast choices the night before which saves time... My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights and we only have wonderful things to say about this B &B! June and Clive were wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about the area and we shared some laughs and stories about adventures in Scotland. The breakfasts were excellent with all local foods. The rooms were very cozy and had everything... More

My two teenagers and I stayed overnight. We arrived by bike and were made completely welcome. Although the B&B is not in the centre of Lairg, it's only a short walk or a very short cycle (or taxi) ride away, and the station is very close. We had a good night's sleep and a good breakfast.

Superbly located just outside Lairg giving excellent access to all parts of the northern Highlands. June and Clive were the perfect hosts, giving us advice, lending us maps and generally helping with local knowledge. They are lovely people who we enjoyed chatting to and were sad to leave! Room was spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfasts set us up well... More

We found the Hotel by searching for B&B's near a Loch but wanted to be above Inverness by about an hour. We were coming to go to the Muir of Ord to watch Runrig (fantastic Scottish band) and assumed (rightly) that there wouldn't be too much accommodation near Inverness because of all the visiting fans. So, we settled on the... More

Lovely welcome from Clive & June who couldn't do enough for me and we had long chats like friends would have. Lovely breakfast, comfortable room, fascinating furniture and pictures etc. and quiet nights sleeps after hard days fishing Loch Shin .... what's not to like? Thanks Stephen
