“Super stay and very convenient”

We stopped here as we were visiting an event at the NEC. It's immaculately clean throughout and rooms were well proportioned for a B&B. It was full of lovely touches like guest lounge, well stocked tea trays and a pretty garden. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our room at james guest house Was immaculately clean and The bed Was Very comfy. We Were a little dissapointed Tho That We didnt Have an ensuite..
