I attended a wedding and booked into a double room. The wedding food was amazing and plenty of it. The staff were brilliant, helpful and so friendly. The room was clean, the bed so comfy. It had tea and coffee facilities and tv. A full English breakfast, cereal and toast. As much tea, coffee and juice as you can drink... More

Recently visited as a wedding party guest, but did not stay. We found the location, service and food excellent and the Manager very efficient. The meal was well presented and tasty and one of our party who is coeliac was well looked after with the meal served by the Manager (lady) personally. Gardens are a great backdrop for photographs and... More

Stayed two nights for a wedding. I loved the rural setting even though it is very close to Birmingham and the M6 - it feels sufficiently away from the urban area. The staff were very professional and helpful, a real sense of wanting to serve and do their best - cannot be faulted. Food was excellent, I was particularly impressed... More

Can I just say what a fantastic venue this hotel is. We had our wedding here, and all of the staff were exceptional, they managed all of the suppliers, and guests requirements.. Our day was flawless! The bedrooms were lovely and clean, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, and our guests really enjoyed themselves. There is also a restaurant... More

Stayed here whilst on a business trip. It catered to all my needs, found that the menu was fairly standard and pricey so headed into town and had a cheeky takeaway which served its purpose! Would I book this hotel if I was staying privately? Probably not. Room was very old and could do with some modernizing, same goes for... More

As an alternative to the other hotels at the Nec this is a quiet alternative, quaint and just outside the small historic town of Coleshill it is only a short drive to the Nec. There is secure parking, well kept grounds, the staff are friendly the rooms fair the bathrooms large and the water gushes out the food was good,... More

I stayed here back in April with my husband as a last stop off before heading back to Plymouth. We loved the character of the hotel, which you never get in these flat pack, chain hotels! The staff were brilliant. Reception were polite and well informed and the food and beverage staff were courteous and helpful. We ate in the... More
