Stayed with family members while going to a party nearby. Have to say I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by our experience and it was great value for £52 per night to include continental breakfast for a family of four. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower lovely and hot. There was no air... More

This is an old coaching inn on Coleshill high st with a modern extension at the back over part of the car park. We stayed 4 nights in room 202 which was clean and comfy with twin beds, a desk & chair, an easy chair but no wardrobe. Storage space was at a premium with only 2 shallow drawers and... More

The only above average thing about The Swan is the staff, all of whom were chatty and friendly. I was given room 207 which was not outstanding but clean enough and not uncomfortable. Food was a major disappointment. All meals were cooked and kept warm under heat lamps at the carvery. I ate at approx 7.30pm. The carvery meats looked... More

Stayed here one night - family room for £65 with 4x breakfast. Bargain. Very old pub with block added at back. So a bit of a labyrinth. We were on second floor. Room was fine although kids said sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Shower room clean. Floor creaked wherever we walked so were happy we weren't in the room underneath.... More

Our room was on the top floor (no elevator available) and there is only a tiny window that can be opened so it was like a sauna in the room. Everything is very outdated, especially the bathroom. The shower is very tiny. The walls of the room really need painting! The bed was very uncomfortable as you could feel the... More

Stayed here on a Monday night. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are really clean and food excellent value. Drinks very reasonably priced. Coleshill has lovely walks and a lovely feel in the surrounding area. Will definitely stay here again!

Once again The Swan hasn't disappointed us, the staff are always very cheerful & helpful, the rooms clean & comfortable, the only downside was the bed, very soft no support, but that's our preference. For the price you can't complain...well we can't.....

This hotel was very reasonably priced and had free on site car parking. The hotel has an extended area where the rooms are situated. Our room was well equipped and was overall very clean. The down side was that the access corridor was extremely noisy and with thin walls the room was uncomfortably noisy throughout the stay. Constant door bangingr... More
