The Albion is a pleasant hotel , well located in the center of the town, with great access to the beach, stayed in the superior. Room top floor . Room was very spacious clean and well stocked with towels. Would certainly go back. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The ambience of the hotel was good. My only slight... More

Booked through an online booking service as we fancied a night and day away, since we run our own busy tea room & tea garden on Sheppey- about an hours drive away. We closed up at 4pm, and drove through awful rain to get here. When we arrived, we were given directions and a pass for free parking just down... More

Four of us called in for a lunchtime snack/meal and a drink on Friday, July 18th. It was a ridiculously hot day and everyone in Broadstairs had the same idea. But we found a table for four inside. Ordered north atlantic prawn and crab mayo sandwiches x 2 and fish and chips x 2. You needed a magnifying glass to... More

Stayed for one night on dinner bed and breakfast basis. The staff were amazing and the food was above expectation. The room we had was facing the road and was noisy as we had to have the windows open as it was a very humid night. I don't blame the hotel for this as everything else was perfect. The terrace... I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on a business stopover. The hotel is very friendly and very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. The furniture, fixtures and fitting were of high quality and overall the hotel left me with a good impression. Breakfast was my only meal which was enjoyed on the terrace in the sun with the... More

Booked a room with this hotel had a confirmation from the hotel confirmed the day before arriving. Arrive on the day my room has been cancelled and no rooms available absolutely ruined not only my bday weekend but the wedding I was meant to attend. Will never book with them again or suggest this hotel. Management really unhelpful and extremely... More

The hotel is in a great position and the staff were really nice and helpful. A colleague booked this hotel for me and I understand room 18 was the last room. Ok it's not a seaview but not all rooms can have that. The disappointment was the size. Definitely no room to swing a cat. It was depressingly small with... More

Have just spent the weekend away at this hotel and had a really nice time. On arrival the hotel looked nice and we were soon checked in, on the way up to our room though the decor of the stairwell I thought was a bit too dark and off putting so was dreading what the room would be like. The... More

Decided to stay in Broadstairs Friday, 11 April 2014 as it was my husband's 50th birthday. The young receptionist who checked us in was extremely welcoming and booked us a lovely table in the hotel's restaurant, where we found the food to be extremely good and the waitress/waiter were extremely attentive. Our room was lovely, had a balcony overlooking the... More
