Just got back from a weekend away. We had a seafacing view right on the top floor. Stairs were a bit steep - oh to have a lift! Top landing was a bit dingy with peeling wall paper. Our room was lovely, as was the furnishing and view. Only thing was we couldn't open the window. Bathrooom was great and... More

My Boyfriend and I stayed here in October 2014. The Staff were very friendly, the place very clean and in all the hospitality we received was faultless. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Well done all the staff and thank you!

Stayed here early September. Room 34, right at the top overlooking the road. Not only did I have to carry my luggage up four flights of stairs but also my colleagues as he had a bad back. The room was very hot so I requested another room but got a desk fan. I tried to sleep with the window open... More

Stayed in the Royal Albion and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a sea view room with balcony on the 1st floor. The room could have been bigger but I'm not complaining. The breakfasts were excellent, the smoked salmon and poached egg bagel with hollandaise was wonderful and plenty of it. The bar served a decent pint of cask ale and... More

I came here yesterday with my partner and his daughter for a Sunday Roast. The food was delicious and there was heaps of food. A pile of meat (choice of beef, turkey or pork) and a lovely selection of veg, roast potatoes and boiled potatoes and a huge yorkshire pudding. I thought this was really good value for money. We... This is a very good, well located hotel. We had a great room- a superior double with sea view. We had dinner in the restaurant one night, which was OK. The staff offer a very good and friendly service. Decor in hallways is a little tired, and the rooms need full length mirrors. Wi if is not good at all,... More

I wanted to visit the Turner Contemporary Gallery but didn't fancy staying in Margate so treated myself to a few days at this hotel in Broadstairs. I wasn't disappointed. The youngish staff were all very friendly and helpful and everything they said they would do they did do - booking a taxi, carrying my luggage up the stairs, delivering a... More

Second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again had a excellent stay. Room was spotless, breakfast was good and the staff cannot do enough for you. Also I travel by car and free parking via a voucher from reception is a plus.

Before we were married the wife and I would escape London and stay at the Albion. Rooms 12 or 13 with their balconies and spectacular views of Viking Bay. It was staying at the Albion and visiting Broadstairs that made us fall in love with Kent and now live here. We still stay at the Albion on the odd occasion... More
