We stayed here for one night this summer (2014). I have to be honest I didn't know what to expect staying above a pub. If this is your concern do not worry! It's so quiet you won't even realise. The owner was really friendly and upgraded us for free to an en-suite room. The location is perfect and the room... More

We spent a very comfortable night in a very spacious family room. The room was bright, airy, clean and well furnished. It was very good value for a family of six and the location in relation to the town and local shops and restaurants is ideal. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great place for a 2 night break, we had a family room , very light and airy, with own bathroom and very reasonably priced at £60 per night , Jackie and her staff were very welcoming. The Wrotham arms also had live music on the nights we stayed which we loved after having a meal out in town. Jackie- (my husband... More

The owner of this place has treated me like family, wonderful warmth. They have great bands coming over on many nights, it has a cozy pub underneath the rooms. The rooms are great. Location couldn't be better. I'm definitely coming back!

The pub owner Jackie runs the place with her sister and they are easy going and friendly. If you... More

Thank you Jackie for your hospitality Saturday night. We stayed over with the band Red Butler and occupied 4 rooms above the pub. Very spacious rooms, bright, airy, clean and comfortable. Well placed for seafront and town. Great music pub. Very friendly staff and customers - hope to be back soon. Broadstairs is a lovely place to visit and I... More

My partner and I love staying in Broadstairs because of the town, beach, pubs and choice of bands in th pubs. We were especially pleased to find this pub. Over the years Jackie, the manager, has always given us such a warm welcome as have her staff. We have stayed in b&bs in Broadstairs but were delighted to find the... More

My daughter stayed here for about 10 days in March this year while she was looking for a flat to rent. Jackie and her sister who run the pub downstairs and the rooms above were very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, warm and very clean. The atmosphere in the small pub downstairs was very friendly and relaxed too.

Stayed here recently, got a very rude welcome for the manager, I asked for a couple of this and she just looked, walked away and mumbled some rude things under her breath. Room was not clean and when mentioned to the manager once again she was very rude. I wouldn't choose to stay here again there are loads more nicer... More
