Bob and Helena, run a tight ship. Ideal for individual contractors or large projects. Also ideal for Families or Individuals looking for a relaxing stay in Hornsea. Service is first class, with Breakfast and Evening Meals. Customer service is better than you will get it some known 4 star hotels. I will be staying again for sure. Great Prices, and... More

After finishing a 3 day bike ride along the trans pennine trail we were very tired. Bob made us feel very welcome and provided us somewhere safe to store our bikes. Had a lovely quiet room, it was clean and tidy. Also very comfortable. Breakfast was we prepared and tasty. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Firstly, let me say, this is not the Ritz, but for what you pay, it is excellent value for money. I booked over the phone, and was surprised at the price, but then to be offered an evening meal as well for an extra fiver was a added bonus. Was greeted by Helena and shown to my room. 13, on... My wife and I stayed here on the 7th June. We were greated by Bob who showed us to our front facing room, overlooking the esplanade & sea. Room and bedding was very clean and bed very comfortable. Bob recommended a restaurant and even brought us the phone number and suggested we book as it is very popular, we took... More

We loved this B and B.The family room with a sea view balcony made it for us. Our friends who booked elsewhere after reading trip adviser were jealous when they came here for a drink! Bob was very helpful and informative. Breakfast good. Bed clean and comfy. What more could you want?

Me my partner and 3 children stayed here last night in the family room which has a wonderful sea view. We were greeted by Bob the owner who was very welcoming and showed us straight to our room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I dont agree with all the comments on here about the... More

Before staying here you have to realise it is well loved by people boarding there as part of their work. The host is magnificent and the breakfasts faultless but anyone expecting first class decor will be sadly disappointed. Occasional visitors here are afforded the best room in the place facing the sea but my goodness it does need a re-decorate... More

The Admiralty is brilliantly placed, right on the seafront, but the main attraction of this B and B was the hospitality offered to us by Bob and all the staff. They always made us feel welcome and valued, and ensured that our group had a great nights stay and breakfast in the morning. Highly reccomended.

We stayed here Saturday night and had the family room with its own en suite and balcony overlooking the sea, it was very clean and comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the waves was lovely. Bob made us very welcome and the breakfast was superb.

We have stayed here a number of times and Bob has become a true friend, nothing is to much for him and the breakfast is the best! Good clean comfortable rooms some with lovely views, highly recommended.
