My wife and I recently stayed at Sunnybank. We were there for 5 days and had a lovely time. We stayed in Room 4 which in no way resembles the photo posted on TA. It is no longer a twin but a rather lovely King which has been tastefully decorated in neutral colours to suit the majority. The views from... more

Just got back from a 2 night stay at this lovely B&B. I really can't say enough good things about it. Generally I'm more of a hotel person, as I have stayed in some dodgy B&B's, but this one really has restored my faith! The room was exceptionally clean, large and the shower was really good. The room had 2... more

We stayed for 2 nights, not long enough! Great place, Mark and Jane are really nice and helpful. When we arrived Mark helped us by taking our bags to our room, then explained all we needed to know. He rang and booked us a table at The Old Bakery restaurant in Cromford, excellent food! The room was perfect, and the... more

mark and jane will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean and kitted out to a high standard and have tea and coffee making facilities which are very welcome after a day out. Now for the breakfasts, miss these at you peril! The choice... more

Jane & Mark you have restored our faith in British B&B's, we've had some really bad experiences in the recent past and had actually given up on them and tended to book hotels or self catering cottages. What can we say except excellent, excellent, excellent !!! Everything was spot on, you're both attentive without being intrusive,a rare commodity, the room was really... more

Stayed for 3 nights and every moment was treasurable. The location was serene and the accommodation was comfortable and well thought out. The breakfast was a joy, cooked to perfection and plenty of it, if you are a gannet, like what I am. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a perfect 3... more

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Sunnybank. We had a lovely, comfortable room which was spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfast, very attentive and knowledgeable hosts who really go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Sunnybank is in a perfect location; not too close to the town centre but close enough to walk to... more
