Situated in St Tudy, Cornwall off the beaten track so very quiet and scenic and family run. My partner, 1 year old and I stayed there 7th to 12th September 2015. On booking through Hoseasons we were informed that all the facilities were closed but on arrival we found this not to be the case. The chalet we stayed in... More

This was cheap and although we went with an open mind, this place is damp and disgusting. Rude staff and horrible accommodation. On checking out early, we were advised we should have put the heating on, in August and at an additional cost to us as the place is on an electric meter (not mentioned in the booking). The place... If we had paid very much we might have felt differently but our deal was very cheap and we judge it accordingly. Set in the depths of rural Cornwall is a lovely old granite house surrounded by these old chalets that are slowly returning to nature unless renovated. We opened the battered door and ,to our surprise, wewere greeted by... More

I booked this as a lovely relaxing weekend for me, my mam and my 2 boys. Firstly, there was cobwebs on the lights, the light in one of the bedrooms wasn't working till I juggled the bulb. One bulb not working in the living room, no toilet paper in the toilet, most windows have to stay open when we are... More

We stayed here for 5 days, and although it's a bit dated, it was great for a Base Camp, loads to see in and around bodmin, like the bird conservatory, and fistral beach with an aquarium. The apartment in which we stayed had all the essentials for cooking. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help, evening entertainment was... More

When we booked the holiday it was for a four day short break over one of my children's 13th birthday. The trip advisor reviews weren't that fabulous but we thought it's only 3 nights and it was cheaper than camping, we are currently on a small budget so money was the major factor but oh my god how wrong were... Arrived for a long weekend, the Park looks very nice as you drive into it. Gardens are well maintained and the site nice and clean. Check-in was straightforward and we were shown where our accommodation was. I had asked for a unit with a shower but was told on arrival that the Oak Dale bungalows do not have showers. The... More

Very dated like being in the 1970's!! Grounds and exterior all good and kept well. Accommodation was clean but dated, single glazed Windows suffering from condensation issues, toilet made noise like something dieing when flushed. Mismatch of crockery, cooker looked 40 years old, poor water pressure. Shop didn't exist was closed down and the reception sold some milk and bread.... More
