Stayed here last summer for 4 nights .Had a second floor flat in gardens. Clean tidy and ample room 2 bedrooms ( although we only needed the one.) Nice and peaceful . Not much facility wise no shop only a few bits behind reception . Small swimming pool . There was entertainment of sorts every night . On the whole... More

We stayed here for 1 night last August, and that was through necessity rather than choice. I booked through Hoseasons as I thought they had certain standards for accommodation to comply to, how wrong was I!! The first chalet we were offered absolutely stank and was filthy. We refused it and asked if there were any others available. After waiting... More

We have been on many Sun holidays, only expect the basics but basics here was way down below that level. I was so disappointed but it would appear from reviews left over many months have just been ignored as we went October last year and had no curtains in main area and we went out and bought bed linen, including... Me and the Mrs had a wonderful liitle midweek break here back in mid September. The basic chalets are a little dated but our was very clean. Not much to do locally but we used it as a great base to explore more of Cornwall. Our dog Khali loved it as much as we did. Don't be put off by... More

Have to say in 30 years of travelling this is by far the worst place I've ever visited. On arrival I thought I was taking part in the remake of the Adams family with the building and surroundings being in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation was DIRE!! it was a concrete cowshed with a few beds and it smelt... More

Was really unsure weather to continue with our visit to Michaelstow Holiday Park after reading the bad revues, but we decided to take a chance. We were disappointed with the accommodation we were given especially the first Chalet which was dirty and with no shower even though I had paid £65 upgrade, and the bath was only half a bath.... After reading mixed reviews, I booked for a week based on price and location. The accomodation was clean, but dated. Ideal for what I wanted- somewhere to base an exploration of cornwall. I would stay here again . It is definitely value for the money

I have stayed twice now and found it to be excellent. Yes the chalets can be classed as dated, but for the price it's brilliant!two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen area and sitting room with table and chairs. September is perfect for us as we enjoy the quietness. The staff are outstanding and make you feel like you're one of the team.... More

We have stayed here a few times. It's a little dated but it's clean and spacious and very cheap. Can't fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would use again. We had a great time and all in all for the price you pay don't expect the Hamilton.. its clean spacious and comfortable.
