We arrived in the off season and with no reservation they opened their doors to us and let us choose our room. We were grateful for their recommendations of restaurants for supper. In the morning the sun shone in the breakfast room making it warm and cozy as the delicious breakfast was served overlooking the amazing view. In our conversation... More

Second time I have visited the guesthouse, the family are very friendly and helpful. Knowledge of the area and what's on is very helpful. Location is close to Dungarvan Set on the side of the road that overlooks the sea, it's beautiful.

We had a very nice stay at the Seaview Guesthouse, which really has a beautiful sea view that we enjoyed from our room and from the breakfast room. The room itself was nice, not to small, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom en suite. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared by our very friendly and helpful hosts. The... More

We arrived a cool day, room was warm and inviting. Mealla was great, she suggested great places for us to visit. Went to Ring Crystal - Eamonn Terry was amazing, bought 2 crystal beer mugs. Would stay there again.

The Seaview Guesthouse is a place we come to every year to visit Mealla and her lovely family. With fantastic views, comfortable sizeable rooms, lovely traditional Irish breakfast, and the warmth and friendly atmosphere is truly second to none. It is a trip we all look forward to each year, and have become good friends! A fantastic find! Paul &... More

One of our first nights in Ireland and, after a few wrong turns, we came upon the Seaview. Perfect location and wonderful, sunny day. Martin was wonderful and told us about the pub up the road. We were concerned with walking and were offered a lift but 5 minute drive. Excellent food, HUGE portions and friendly servers. We returned to... More

The rooms were sizeable with comfy beds! Absolutely everything you need has been thought of in this B&B. We had a wonderful stay and the hostess was more than accommodating. The continental breakfast was delicious. The views from the rooms and breakfast area of Dungarvan Bay were spectacular. Not a bad thing to say!

We spent our first night in Irland in this place. Very welcome, classic room. We loved the common parts with a wonderful view on the Dungarvan bay. Way out of the city, close to a main road. Do not hesitate to make a stop there, prefer a calmer place to stay several days.

It was great to bring more friends back to Seaview Guesthouse. We are always treated great and even when we were going to walk up to Restaurant, we were giving a flashlight and reflective vest to be sure we were safe on walk on N-25. The views down to Dungarvan Bay are beautiful and seat in lounge for view or... More
