Budget type hotel. Bed reansoably comfortable but rooms old, did not feel comfortable with the room. Breakfast was good. The stairwell is a challenge with 25kg travel bag. Parking was available in the street outside the lodge.

My husband & I are frequent visitors to this area in Ireland where I have family members. We have stayed in various places but wanted to be in the center of Dungarvan this time so we spent a week at the Tudor b&b, which is located smack where that is! The room was nice, clean and big for us. No... More

If you stay over as a workman on a job , this place is ok . But If you're a tourist ,walk away . A long two stories high dirty staircase , who did me think about the movie "French Connection", leads you to a room with stained carpet . The walls are so thin that your hear everything in... More

This B&B is very reasonably priced and the breakfast was nice. It is in a good location in the centre of the town. You have to go into a pub to get the room keys However, the bedroom was dirty, The carpet was all stained, so dirty that I made sure that I had my socks on when walking around... More

There are a lot of good points about Tudor House. The room we had (205) was right at the back of the hotel but up a flight of 35 stairs on the second floor. It was quite large and very quiet, with one double and two single beds. The carpet on the stairs had seen better days. The bathroom was... More

Stayed in this B&B for one night while visiting Dungarvan to try out the Tannery Restaurant. Even though they had no record of our booking (confirmed by us just the day before) they found us a nice room no hassle. The bar does look a bit dodgy but the room was lovely and the breakfast was great. Good value and... More

Stayed here while attending a family wedding in the park hotel. Location is great and the rooms were huge. We went into the bar and the guy at the bar immediately knew who we were, gave us the key and we went straight to the room. No issues at all, everyone working there were really friendly !

I and my family stayed at the Tudor in June. The rooms were spacious and very clean and great value for money. Tea/coffee making facilities and TV, with the best Irish breakfast, cooked to order each day. With the location in right in the centre of town so everything is close to hand you couldn’t get more central. The pub... More

First impression not good. Entered a bar and felt very uncomfortable. Rooms are next door to the bar. Room up a steep stairway with stained carpet. Large room with a double and single bed. Large ensuite. TV, tea making, wifi, free parking, but only on a Sunday. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. Overpriced room and not much to... More

we'd driven round and round trying to find a B&B in Dungarven and had nearly given up when we spotted the sign for the Tudor House. The accomodation was above the pub with a seperate entrance, having stayed in some places that were noisy above pubs I was very pleasantly suprised that you wouldnt know you were above a pub...
