The manager, Elisa was so nice and friendly, giving advice and spending lots of time with us when we arrived. The rooms are charming and very big which nice furniture. Would recommend for somewhere a bit cheaper outside of Florence. Bit tucked away by car so take a GPS

It's a wonderful place to stay! The apartments are big and cozy, the hosts are really great people! My friends and I booked apartments on wrong dates by mistake but the hosts didn't refuse to accept us on different dates and organize everything very quickly. They were very helpful and friendly! They advised some places to see and some restaurants... More

This is an apartment with no hospitality. You will have to book your own reservations and get absolutely no help from the owner. Our stay was short-lived due to a severe thunderstorm. Power was out for hours, including the use of toilets and showers. The owner never came to check on the guests nor provide us and others with candles.... More

Upon discovering an elegant stylish fusion Enoteca I marked it as a place to go. When I managed... More

Located in an area between highway and busy road with constant noise. Rooms are clean, but garden is hardly taken care of. Traditional Italian hospitality with Agriturismo spirit is replaced by a hotel managing bookings and "officina" for all the rest (watch open hours!). We booked one week in this place and had to leave after one night in order... More

Borgo de' Ricci is a winery with apartments for rent about 10 minutes drive from Florence. This is not a hotel with staff on hand to answer questions, but more a self-service apartment. We stayed in La Torre, a room at the top floor of the facility (about 3 flights of stairs to climb). It is a 2 story apartment... More
