Wonderful gem. This Hotel is slightly off the beaten path, but they make up for that with exceptional service and quality. This is a medieval hotel with all the modern comforts one would expect from a Marriott or Radisson Blu. New furniture, comfortable beds, fresh linen change, large rooms, safe deposit box, quality breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs, outstanding... More

My wife and I, with our daughter, were at the hotel at the beginning of January 2015. There are 2 things to say about Torre dei Serviti: 1. The hotel is marvellous and wonderfully managed by a very professional and nice manager: Mr. Stefano. 2. Casole d'Elsa is an amazing location. Let's talk about the hotel. It's a medieval monastry... The place was very quirky but nice room , we had a suite which had a large bedroom bathroom a bit small. Breakfast was adequate but little choice. Lovely garden but swimming pool was dirty and so was the Hot tub .Slightly disappointed that on our second night there were no clean towels we were told they had not come... More

My wife and I stayed 20-26 May 2013 and were very pleased we chose this hotel over other accommodation options. Hosts Rachele and Stefano could not have been more friendly, helpful or obliging. We endorse all previous reviews recommending Room 5, it is unique with its views and atmosphere. An adequate Continental style breakfast is included All services required during... More

Overall we enjoyed our two-week stay at this hotel (13-27 October 2012), which is really an up-market B&B. Rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were adequate, but not exceptional. The manager, Rachelle, was very welcoming, friendly and obliging - a really lovely person. We were a little disappointed that, having sat in the garden one day, the... More

this is a little gem. Only a handful of rooms- the best is number 5 the tower room. A round bedroom with views to the north, east and west. Perfect hosts who will make you feel very welcome. Excellent spot for exploring the hilltop towns of San Gimignano, Voltera, Radda and many more. Sienna is only 30mins south east. Casole... More

Me and my wife stayed in Torre dei Serviti for a complete week and it was the best hotel we had in our 21 day trip to Italy. It was a lovely experience away from the tourist crowds. Casole is small town, my favorite in Tuscany because it is so genuine and pretty. The hotel is very cozy and romantic:... More

We stayed here for one night as it was the nearest location to a function we were going to in another town but this town did appear pretty and somewhere worth exploring. We got the fabulous tower room (which looking at their website is I think La Stanza di Francesco di Giorgio) and it is just gorgeous. Huge room and... More
