This property is absolutely stunning. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Excellent location and only a short drive to all the major Tuscan towns. Only a 15min walk to the town of Casole D'elsa. Staff are friendly, helpful and offer a bread delivery service on certain days. Great experience.

Good place for families and home base for exploring Tuscany. Staff was helpful with information. We stayed at the end of August. No A/C but no problem as evenings were cool enough. Beware GPS may lead you to another Casanova road nearby. The apartment was ok, it is an efficiency apartment. The rooms were good, the bathrooms were so so... More

We have just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Borgo al Cerro. I was responsible for booking a large group of family and friends from Ireland, UK and France and we occupied 12 of the apartments for our first week and 10 for the second week. I can say, without fail, that the feedback from all that stayed... More

We stayed in the Volterra apartment during the first week in July 2015 and we had a wonderful time. The beds are clean and comfortable as was the rest of the apartment. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool was fantastic, just what we needed to cool down as the weather was very hot! We stayed here as... More

Great location to explore the local area including San Gimignano and Volterra but our accommodation was just OK. Although we had all we needed our particular apartment was not great as it felt cold and damp especially as the bathroom had no windows or natural ventilation. The pool looked nice although we didn't try it as the weather didn't permit.

Dear guests, we would like to thank you for staying with us. We are happy that you were able to discover Tuscany (even though the bad weather) and use our central position in this area. We are deeply sorry that , because of the bad weather, you were not able to enjoy our wonderful pool and that you experienced and... More

very goog place, spacious apartmens on very large landspace. old style, but newly rebuilded/renovated. more grass spaces for childern activities, small soccer/fotbal playground, luxury and clean swimming pool. if need to find something to be better that. better wifi coverage and combo europe/it power outlets on wall.

We have just returned from a week's stay at Borgo Al Cerro and had a fabulous time. The accomodation is basic, but has everything you need for self catering. The best part is the location - the grounds are beautifully kept and it was so nice to have a little private garden outside the apartment. It was very quiet at... More

This is the most idyllic setting I can think of for peace and tranquillity! Not a sound of a plane, train or automobile! Early morning is best with the rising sun! Leaving the windows open means the 'locals' (Swifts!) fly in and out again at will. They obviously know the layout very well! The accommodation is great, spacious, well equipped... More

I found Borgo al Cerro rather ordinary. Although the grounds were lovely, the accommodation was a bit tired and needing repairs particularly in the bathrooms. It lacked the charm and welcoming atmosphere of many other places in Tuscany. I was a bit disappointed and wouldn't return.

Beautiful apartment that slept nine people with fully equipped kitchen. We didn't get to enjoy the pool. It was warm for us but Pablito did provide us each with a fan for each of the bedrooms and that did help a lot. Our daughters had issues with the number of spiders we found on our first night but after my... More
