The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so not very convenient. Staff was rather unfriendly, perhaps they are too tired to serve. The rooms are small and has a musky smell, the curtains certainly need washing. Breakfast was very basic and lacks quality.

The hotel is on the highway, close to a gas station, not very close to any town. The hotel is well equipped, good size rooms, well kept, excellent bathroom. The personnel is kind and very professional. Both the breakfast and the dinner i had in the restaurant were very tasty. Lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Recommended hotel during a business trip.

We stayed here as part of a pilgrimage group. We were given a room which had water dripping from the ceiling. I complained at the front desk and a service personnel arrived after 30 minutes. He did not speak English well. So with a motion of his hand rotating a knob and pointing to the ceiling, we though he meant that he was going to close a knob on the upper level so the dripping would stop. Waited for another 30 minutes and nothing happened again. I had to go to the Front Desk again and complain. The same service personnel came to our room and brought in a towel and laid it on the carpet which was wet due to the dripping water and said that's all they can do. I told him that they have to transfer us to another room since I don't even know what is dripping from the ceiling and could be harmful to us plus it made a loud dripping noise. He said that the entire hotel was full and no more available rooms. I had to go again to the Front Desk and complain. This time I demanded to speak to the hotel manager. Spoke to the manager and told him about the dripping water and that it is unacceptable. That room should not be even rented out. Our pilgrimage group was occupying 20 rooms and that is the kind of service we get from them! He went to the room to inspect it and approved that we be transferred to THE NEXT ROOM! The hotel is very poorly maintained. Both the rooms we stayed at had COBWEBS!!! The bathrooms even had holes in the shower walls.

No free wifi, you must pay 2 euros for a device per 24 hours. The air con, is hot even the setting is already high and set for summer season. They just give a linen clothes like usully used for the beds, and not a towel. Not recommended to stay for a long time period.

Many thats not even a standard from a hotel. Confuse where i should begin. 4star which this hotel have. Plus from this hotel : - near location from the inter city in italy (by car) - have autogrill (food area) and gas station beside the hotel - big room, have a additional single bed (maybe for 3person) - just have 3floor Minus from this hotel : - towel, they gave the linen towel for use ??(the material used for making bed sheet), definitely cant be use to wipe our hair n body - no drinks compliment available (no pack of tea, coffee or event a bottle of water) - no kettle in the room - no refrigrator - many things broken(cant be use) in the bathroom, such as bidet shower. Room for showering, no case for our amenities - uncomplete amenities, they just gave 4pack of bath/shampo, and shower cap - simple breakfast and definitely aint enough, we goin in group, 25person. But they aint prepare breakfast enough for us - paid wifi. 2euro for 24hours

My wife and I have been on a European tour for a week now and stayed in various hotels, from Austria to Rome, always leaving stellar reviews. This one is BAD. The reception desk was cordial. This hotel is on a service area so we knew about traffic, that's not a problem. We go to our room and the A/C is not working. I'm asking the front desk, applies the process to turn it on, hear so noise from the unit. Ok, it may take a while. Coming back from Pisa to sleep, the air is not up to par yet, so we open the window for a bit to help. Close everything for the night and try to sleep. Wake up after 6 hours in sweat, air over 24 celcius (75 Farenheit). Talk to the person at the front desk about this this morning and get a cocky attitude: "You're the first person to tell me that, it worked all night I'm sure, it shut down once the temperature outside is down to 20 celcius (which would be ok if the rooms were not insulated I guess)" Bottom line: Dismissing my comment entirely. This was our fifth hotel on our trip. They have a sign to leave a review on Google. Here it is. Advice: When a customer complain about anything, the first rule of customer service

A average hotel with reasonable staff, breakfast is also an average. Rooms are clean and toilet is also okay. Fine for short stay, a night or two maximum, we stayed for a night only. Out side good parking space, however no good views.
