We decided to make a quick detour from our travels between Rome and Florence and found this lovely spot. Gracious welcoming hosts made us feel like we were friends to be welcomed. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The weather was very rainy but we enjoyed reading by the fire with the wine from the very place we were... More

We enjoyed everything about our stay here... a good size apartment with a fireplace that we enjoyed using. Its a great location if you have a car, just a few kilometers outside of Montalcino, a charming hill top town that was fun to explore. In addition to the fantastic scenery and the wine tour, the warmth with which we were... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at this very attractive agriturismo which makes its own Brunello and Rosso wines and extra virgin olive oil. The owners are lovely and gave us an interesting tour of their wine cellars and the process for producing fine Brunello wine. The rooms were spacious and each has a kitchenette so you can cook in... This was our first visit and we wish we had spent more time here. We stayed in a beautiful farmhouse...had everything we needed. Unfortunately we were only here for two nights. The owners were great...very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We tried some of their Brunello wine and it was excellent...we actually bought another 8 bottles to take home.... More

We spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. The owners greeted us and gave us a tasting. The apartments are large with a kitchen. The vineyard was in harvest which was great seeing the grapes being picked. You do need a car to tour around.

Pretty surroundings need a car. No service is offered this is a working vineyard and the owners are charming and will answer all questions and give good directions. However they should be a little more attuned to the needs of tourists - town offers free bus on festival days did not mention that and access to the town impossible on... More

We spent 2 nights in mid-October and we wished we had booked this place for longer. We were in a charming cottage ("apt F") and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and the stars at night were amazing. It was very close to the town of Montalcino but far enough... More

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed the property. Our online reservation was handled by Giulia, who was very friendly and efficient. Fiorella greeted us when we arrived and gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment - how to work the stove, lights, etc. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen equipment. The antique furniture was charming.... More

Fiorella, Paulo and Barbara are warm and welcoming hosts. The setting is an idyllic vineyard. The 13th century farm buildings have been remodeled into convenient, if not luxury, apartments. Everything was clean and the bathroom and kitchen appliances all worked with plenty of hot water. Take a cooking class from Fiorella who delights in sharing what she calls "Tuscan peasant... More

Fiorella, Barbara, and Giulia embraced us as family. We were invited to join them for a community event held once a year at their place which included a charity raffle to raise money for the local volunteer ambulance service. Their wine tour was low key and fun and we love both their Brunellos and Rosso. They arranged for a private... More
