Clean. Spacious rooms. English language tv. Helpful staff. Good location for Erice. However, this is an odd hotel. Its massive (not sure what this building was in a previous life) but you feel alone ...yet lots of people come out for breakfast. There is no decor and its very plain - it doesn't "feel" like a hotel.. However, saying all... More

This is a lovely place to stay although a little atypical! The local Carabinieri use it as a base and my family were the only non carabinieri staying there in May half term. But the staff at lovely and helpful, the rooms huge and the gardens delightful with a lovely sea view. Breakfasts - the term sugar rush was invented... More

Very large rooms (most other hotels would fit in 2 in the same floor area), comfortable beds and good simple breakfast (not English and unfortunately no bread though loads of sweets). The receptionist should be a model for tourism schools of how a receptionist should behave... verrry helpful, she went out of her way on a number of occasions to... More

Stayed there with my gf for 4 nights. The hotel is situated just down the hill from a little town called Valderice. It is in a beautiful location as though it is close to the town, it is still detached and overlooking a beaufitul view of the sea. Also, one can see Erice from below, which is breathtaking to view.... More

Went there for a long weekend during Valentine's, and I must really thank the staff for a wonderful and relaxing experience. The staff was really helpful throughout the long weekend. The ordered us pizza for our rooms, found us specific locations, and even drew us a couple of maps for the airport when our gps stopped working. The rooms were... More

We arrived in the middle of the night, so one good think was that we found hotel open. We hit the road early in the morning so my experience is strictly connected with the night in April. What can I say, it was very cold night :-) Was no heat in a room. But room was clean and because we... More

We arrived early afternoon, place looked deserted. Suppose we should have got a hint when we saw vending machines in the lobby. Room was dingy, looked old, towels had a grey tinge to them. We did not stay.

Finally got a chance to visit the island of Sicily after being in Europe for eight years. This is another place that anyone visiting Europe must go and stay at this villa, it was wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it is beautiful, comfortable and affordable. Breakfast is fresh, good variety and delicious, a great start to... More
