I found this to be a very beautiful and comfortable hotel. However when the bathroom has no toiletries and the hairdrier automatically switches off after a couple of minutes due to overheating this is not acceptable. In addition no ironing is allowed in rooms and guests must pay a huge fee to have clothes ironed by someone else. I live... More

This hotel has the restaurant in the top floor above the bedrooms, so you never can rest in your room before midnight and after 6 am you will be wake up with the noise that comes from the restaurant with the employers arranging the tables and chairs. They use no carpets and they promote the use of ceramics ground, which... More

I just don't know enough complimentary words to say about this hotel and the very helpful and friendly staff: especially so was Ana at reception. The spectacular setting of the hotel looking out into the mediterrean, the rooms deliciously comfortable and beautifully decorated including twinkleing "stars" in the ceiling and highly figured ceramic tile floors, the bath exotically right out... In all this hotel you can feel chic. Here the chic look of the hotel, great breakfast, private beach with a lift. Everything is very good. But the visitors realize that the peak of its posh hotel has already lived. I wish the hotel and staff to maintain that level as long as possible. The hotel is good point of... More

The furnishings were in need of an update, but it was clean and that is what counts to me. I do think some of the rooms have been updated. The main problem was our room opened up to cargo ships. View wasn't WOW. Since we were not planning on being in the room during the day we were not to... More

Its geographical position provides a wonderful view of Salerno. The room was large, well furnished, with two balconies and very comfortable. Free parking and internet conection. Big bathroom. Breakfast was very good. We were treated with hospitality. There are a lot of external spaces to enjoy the sea view.

when we booked this hotel, we didn't know anything about the little town it is in, Vietri del Mare, which was so charming and quaint, we fell in love with it, the girls at the reception were not very friendly and only 1 spoke broken English. Our room was wonderful, spacious and with a great view. the hotel had a... More

I spent a week at Lloyd's Baia while in Italy and my stay herewa sone of the highlights of my trip. The lobby is a bit worn down looking which can be a bit deceiving. We stayed in the Suite Belvedere (I think that's what it's called). Anyways, our room was almost like our own little bungalow. It was separate... More
