Me and my partner spent 1 week at the Lomeniz Beach Hotel at the beginning of August. This wasn't an expensive trip or a really cheap one, we paid somewhere in the middle of the options available and so long as you appreciate that is the level you are booking at I don't think the Lomeniz Beach Hotel disappoints. It... More

We thought the lighting left alot to be desired. Very dark bathrooms. The skirting trims were also on the floor rather than stuck to the walls. We had a nice view of a half finished building. And the 47 year old bar man took a worrying liking to my 8 year old daughter!

The environment surrounding is beautiful, and staff is friendly and ready to help with information concerning tourism. Breakfast is only ok and the rooms seems a bit old, but that is not a problem. The thing that really bothered us was the lack of hygiene. One of the pillows in our room was ripped, with stuffing coming out, and big... More

Just came back from Rhodes. The hotel is located almost on the highway but still close to the town. It is quite tidy. Some rooms are refurbished, clean and fresh. Some are not. There are rooms with lcd tvs but still there are rooms with tiny tv sets. We had the room at the ground floor near the pool. The... More

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks between the 20th of May and 3rd of June 2014.We chose the self catering option. We were disappointed with the luck of basic kitchen staff. There were no chopping board,no sharp knife and no pots apart from one frying pan.No kitchen utensils apart from forks, spoons and blunt knives. Another problem was the lack... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I spent a week at this hotel with my boyfriend and a couple friends. We opted for the breakfast only option, but there was the chance to have food in the hotel if we wanted it for only 10 euros I think. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, we found ourselves going... More

Lomeniz a nice hotel with friendly staff. Big pool area with free sunbeeds and clean water. Breakfast was very good, buffé with a lot of different things to eat to make your stomach glad. Near to the beach, only 5 minutes walk and it is also many small greek tavernas near to the hotel. If you want to go to... More

good value for money Friendly staff, free wifi, decent food though not much varied, close to the beach(3 min walk) a bit far from Rhodes town(20 min walk), the bus stop within 10 min walk there are almost no shops or other hotels nearby, the area is actually quiet as its it's residential

Our stay at the Lomeniz was very enjoyable - the rooms were very clean and unlike others we only had breakfast included in our deal. The breakfast was more than adequate so if you are not a friend of fried food there are several healthier options for you. I heard from others the lunches and dinners were very repetitive. I... More

Reading some of the other reviews reminded me of the line from Fawlty Towers where Basil asks of the unhappy guest, "Well, may I ask what you expected to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plain?" .. "Don't be silly. I expect... More
