About 800m from old town and main bus station, several eateries around and shops. So be prepared to lug your luggage that far if you take the bus. The room is renovated though small. The toilet is adequate but as the basin is tiny water spills onto the floor. After a shower water leaks out through the gaps of the... More

I travel through Rhodes town often and like staying in this area, which is close to everything - including the Old Town, the beach and the airport bus. The Lydia is slightly more expensive than the hotels I usually stay in but seems to be worth the extra for the super-comfortable bed, great shower and a good choice at breakfast.

I can’t remember how many times I've stayed at this hotel, it’s one of my favourites mainly because the staff are so friendly and helpful, and they remember you when you return. This time I was ‘awarded’ a kind of priority check in – being recognised and given my key while others ahead of me were being checked in; makes... More

its a fast choice for the center of rhodes town, everything is within walking distance, many restaurants and shopping very nearby. for a few night stays, I think its overall ok. the hotel is renovated, but still you can see its not as new as it trys to look..

Nicely furnished and clean room (with the exception of a not-so-modern TV and a small toilet), which we find more than befitting of the hotel's 2-star rating. We also enjoyed breakfast - the spread was satisfying and the area is on a patio situated beside a quiet pedestrian street. Many restaurants are located within short walking distance. We found the... I arrived one hour before check in. the lady at the counter was very nice and said my room would be ready in 30 minutes. I enjoyed a cold drink at their bar and when I finished my room was ready. The lady spoke very good English and was very nice.

The hotel is well located, a few streets off the mastihari harbour front and near to all amenities. It is well presented, very clean and airy and the rooms are good. Breakfast is a generously-stocked buffet arrangement with plenty of choice available. There is a pleasant bar from which very good bar meals can be ordered. The staff are very... More

Very well situated to the north of the walled city just 10mins walk away, but also close to plenty of shops and the beaches just 5 mins walk away. The hotel rooms were basic and on the small side, particulary the bathroom which was miniscule. The staff were generally friendly. The major downside was the noise in the evening and... More

I stayed at this hotel whilst my wife was in Rhodes hospital following a stroke. I received nothing but kindness and consideration from the staff even to the extent that one of the receptionists, Mairy Koufou visited the hospital with home cooked food. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff once again... More

The hotel is located in good place. Dont expect much fron two stars hotel. They will not change towel everyday unless you insist. The breakfast is avarage like regular european hotel. The location is really good, every rhodes attractions are by foot (casino, pub, restaurants and etc.) For friends that don't care to much about the hotel only for shower... More
