I paid extra for a double room to avoid being stuck in a cupboard. Arriving early hours to a very rude man on reception was stuck in a cupboard - got twin room the next day after complaining to 3 different people. Just arrived back from the belvedere and our stay was fantastic all the staff were excellent we stayed in room 232 and it was excellent there was a lot of noise from the road in front but appart from that it was great.I would recommend this hotel to anyone more

The food started to bore me after a few days. It wasn't hot all the time and there was a lot of fat in it. The room size was ok. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom. In the end I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and I would recommend it. more

Hotel is in a good location, however there is road noise...this did not bother us. Rooms are spacious, with decent sized beds...bathrooms are extremely dated, and require total upgrading. Lighting in bedrooms not good, probably due to low energy bulbs ( which are unavoidable these days). Food plentiful, labelling would have been helpful, as many guests could not work out... more
