Great views, great hosts, great terrace environment with the flow of conversation, background music and lovely Greek wine. Highly recommend for the artistic soul revival retreat. We could see the city below us with the Aegean beyond. Cobblestone streets to the cafes and shopping close, It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and charming.

We really couldn't ask for a more concise and even poetic review! Many thanks to these guests, whom we hope to see again one day. More

It's the third time I chose to stay at Hotel Andreas in Rhodes! The view over the ancient Rhodes, the sea and the Turkish coastline is superb! The charming atmosphere of this small hotel with individually designed rooms evokes in an unforgettable way the historical background of the island. Experiencing the everyday busy coming and going of all sorts of... More

This guest has stayed with us three times now, and has become a friend. We thank her for her custom, and for this review - especially her perceptive remarks about trying to walk on the cobblestoned streets of the Old Town in heels! More

Our group came to the Dodecanese for a sailing trip, and to explore the area. The Hotel Andreas became our home base. The tranquil and serene atmosphere that Constance and David have created here in this grand old villa, drew us back after our sailing trip, and we really enjoyed exploring Rhodes from here. And of course, returning for wine... More

Tranquillity and serenity are exactly what we're trying to achieve in the busy Old Town of Rhodes; and as we often are a base for guests travelling around Rhodes and its neighbouring islands, we very much appreciate the reviewer's mentioning this. Thank you! More

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Andreas. Constance and David are helpful and welcoming. Loved the character, cosy homely feeling of the place and decor. The view while eating breakfast is so beautiful and calming. I would definately book and stay there again.

Sadly, we did not find that the reviews of Hotel Andreas matched the reality. Yes, an old building does require compromises, however there were a number of 'compromises' that were not acceptable for the price charged. Our room (supposedly the best room) had two windows at ceiling level on a mezzanine, so almost no natural light. I know that this... More

We are sorry that this reviewer finds that other reviews of our hotel ‘did not match the reality’. Contrarian reviewers, heavily outnumbered by their moderate and kindly peers, always pretend to a superior grasp of reality. But no other guest who has ever stayed in our most spacious, airy and recently reconditioned room, Nessim, has ever felt compelled to describe... More

Constance and David's welcoming and inclusive style would make anyone feel like there are home. Faboulous views, a place to wined down with a nice glass of wine and share stories at the end of the day

We stayed for 3 nights and really liked the hotel. It is in a great location in the old town but as it is an old building then some degree of compromise is required eg our bathroom was separate from the room and the shower wasn't great but these minor inconveniences are more than compensated for by the character and... Old buildings like ours do have charm, and sometimes unattached bathrooms also! Two (#18 and #19) of our rooms have these - but they are private, with a key, and those rooms do share a terrace with a great view over the Old Town and the sea. So your choice of rooms can be a matter of what comes first... More

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Andreas. We enjoyed the sunset views from the terrace with Constance and David's civilised 7pm drinks. We spent at least an hour chatting with David, picking his brain and considerable knowledge about Rhodes' history and culture. It was easy to be at Hotel Andreas, and relaxing - exactly as a hotel on holiday... More

Hotel Andreas was just perfect for us. The details that really make a stay easy and fun were all handled quickly and professionally: booking the room, taxi ride from airport through the narrow streets of Old Town, taxi rides to the beach, recommendations for the best beaches for us, restaurant recommendations. Sunset drinks on the terrace were served with the... More

Many thanks to this guest for her exceptional review - And for a description of room #21 that we couldn't do better ourselves. We really appreciate this. And our housekeeper Gina, an unsung heroine of the Hotel Andreas, would like to add her thanks, too. More

We are staying in Old Town in Rhodes at the most unique bed and breakfast hotel I've ever seen. It is old world charm in the historic Old Rhodes Town with it's narrow cobblestone streets with thousand year history throughout. The hotel is traditional archetecture for the old town. It has stairs, so expect some difficulty if you need accessability.... More

We are grateful to these guests for their wise words, for their company on the terrace each evening - and for pointing out that once you've climbed the 14 stairs to room #21, it's definitely worth it. It isn't only photographers who appreciate a panoramic view like this one. More
