Me, my husband and my daughter who is 15, had an amazing time at the Capsis hotel in May. Before I went I've read some negative reviews and i was afraid to go, but as soon as i entered the hotel i was absolutely amazed. Everything was fantastic. The room was nice, it could of been cleaner, but we had... More

We got a brill deal for 269 pp ai. The room was ok, basic but clean and comfortable. We found the fridge to be a nice touch, we used it for drinks bought from the supermarket as apposed to paying extra for a minibar. Thie bed was comfortable and a good size. The food was of an alrigjt quality but... More

We arrived for our honeymoon and were given a standard room. The room was dirty, small, the bathroom flooded, it was tired and all that went through our heads is that we could not possible stay there for 2 weeks. We complained and were told we would be moved in the morning which we were. We were given a suite... More

My wife and I are regular customers of Capsis Hotels. The hotel has large public spaces, beautifully furnished and fully air conditioned, so you feel comfortable the moment you step in. There is always a fun atmosphere in the evenings with various entertainments. The hotel is built in such a way that the 80% of the rooms have a fantastic... More

After reading the negative reviews I had concerns. I went with my girlfriend for 8 days. I am very surprised. The hotel can not have 5 stars, but it is very good. I really enjoyed it. The pool and surroundings cleaned daily. Staff always smiling. Room cleaned every day. Access tunnel to the beach from the hotel. I can only... More

Stayed at the the Capsis for 1 week. Would definitly go back. Not 5* but still really nice.I was a bit worried when I read the negative reviews, but was pleasently sursprised. So do not take notice of those who moan about the food and staff. There are a few minor issues with the hotel. The elevators are a bit... More

A bit tatty in places, lifts terrible, 5 lifts for 9 floors, often waited more than 10 minutes, We were on 7th floor, 3 lifts with button 7 broken, so could effectively only use 2 lifts, or go to floor 6 or 8 and walk up or down. Fine if you are fit and healthy, otherwise not so good. Dining... More

Got to the hotel and went to check in, no hello. Bit moody. Got given key a sheet with meal times an told wer to go. Got a sea view room which needed a refurb but the view made up for it. Had a tiny balcony. Good pools, beach seconds away plenty of poolside entertainment but night time entertainment was... More
