The hotel isn't in the most exciting area but great for a transit to the port. The service in the bar was exemplary with a fab barman called Terry who made us welcome and delivered superb drinks. He was engaging and friendly after a long day's travelling and couldn't do enough to help us.

We stayed here for a week. Basically we booked half board including breakfast and dinner. At check in we were told dinner was not included and we have to pay for it. We said we have a half board booking and suddenly it was good. Not a good start.... The room and the food were nice but the staff was... More

Because all our staff are multilingual and in particular in English (specially Front desk) they are fluent, I am afraid you have made a mistake. You probably have stayed in another Hotel and not the Best Western Plaza. I would like to aks you to correct this. Thank you More

we spent a week in this clean, traditional town centre hotel during a walking holiday to Rhodes. We found the rooms relatively spacious although the bathroom a little small. Although located on the road side the area was quiet, other than a firework night to celebrate a Greek national holiday. The breakfast buffet was acceptable but I can not say... More

Ideally located in terms of exploring the Rhodes on foot, Plaza offers good value. The hotel has been there for quite some time, so the rooms are a bit old fashioned, but well kept. The fifth floor balconies have a nice sea view. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel and the old town as well as the... More

I visited the Plaza hotel in the last week of May with family. The hotel is perfectly located to all the major sites and attractions within Rhodes town. You are essentially less than 10 minutes from Old Town, the harbour, the west coast, Elli Beach and the main bus station where you can take a bus to Lindos, Tsambika Beach,... More

Hotel was well priced (50 euros/night) and in a good location just outside the old town. Rooms were dated but clean and the breakfast buffet was a nice feature. My room had a sea view although I would say glimpse. Area was quiet and only a short walk to the beach.

Unlike most hotels on Rhodes this one is open year round and operates as a business hotel as well as a tourist one. It has all the facilities you'd expect - pool, jacuzzi, pool bar, main bar, restaurant, wifi and wired internet, room service and 24 hour reception. But the best thing about it is the friendly attitude of all... More

Conveniently location, clean rooms, good price - this hotel ticks all the right boxes. As we stayed in winter and so instead of buffet lunch we were offered a set menu with a few choices of starters and mains, I was impressed with the quality of food. Highly recommended.

Returned from the Best Western Plaza hotel last week, when we arrived there it was midnight and the coach stopped, the driver got out, pointed up a dark street and said " it' up there lady" not a good start. (We paid 17 euros for a coach transfare, if we had got a taxi it would have cost 22 euros... More
