Excellent service, very clean, all the personnel helpful, very nice the sea in front, the food very good, much better than most of the all inclusive hotels, 15 min from the town, 5 min from Faliraki, swimming pools and SPA very good, everything is much better than expected, I recommend it for families and everybody who wants to have a... Great holiday all the staff, especially those in the restaurant, gave 100%+. We had a well placed bungalow room facing the sea for 2 between the pool bar and the main hotel - it is worth noting that other rooms were not as well situated so check this out before booking. The food in the main restaurant was good -... More

This was a last minute booking with only 6 weeks notice and were sold on "luxury lifestyle" and " many restaurants" to choose from on site. However as it was clearly end of season one pool bar was shut, and eating in the alternative restaurants wasn't as easy as they weren't running all of the time and already booked up.... More

Visited this resort early October 2015 in Rhodes. Weather gorgeous, very warm and sunny every day. Stayed on the all-inclusive package. Hotel and bungalows set amongst lovely gardens beside the sea. Excellent choice of nourishing healthy food, including hot choices and salads. Although the hotel was very busy, the staff were very kind and helpful. Even though the end of... More

Before travelled (on this years holiday) There were a couple of negative reviews and a few people I met implied that Faliraki wasn't the nicest place for a 40something to go on holiday. After a number of truly great holidays in great hotels I did wonder whether I'd made the wrong choice this time! However I need not have worried!... More

After delays we arrived at the hotel just after midnight, the bar was open until 1.30 and there were rolls and sandwiches in the room. We had a bungalow which was in dire need of refurbishment, the shower head was horizontal, the toilet pipes were roughly coated in mastic and took on average 2-3 times to flush properly. The room... On arrival we were given a bungalow room which was clean but dated with a tiny portable TV, we asked to be upgraded to one of their refurbished superior rooms (in the main building) at an additional cost of 20 euros per night, this was a lovely modern room, very comfortable. The food and service from all staff was excellent,... More

Just arrived back after 11 nights at the Rhodos Royal. We arrived at 1.15 am to be told if we wanted a drink at the bar our cases would be a taken to our room for us. Very surprised to find we could still get a drink until 1.30 and no annoying wrist band to wear either. When we were... More

Be aware... If you are booked into this hotel the pool bar has now closed!! It's 80 degrees and the hotel is full!! Absolutely mindless!! Beach bar is 5 mins walk so a ten min trip for an all inclusive drink (unless you want Pop or beer) paid thousands for this holiday with 2 days left and people are still... More

My friends and I have just returned from a holiday at this hotel. Although we enjoyed it mostly, there were a few things that could have been much better. The pools were difficult to get into, the main pool just having the metal ladders for entry and in the larger one the steps were huge and in my opinion dangerous.... More
