If you are looking for a room to sit in all night and cook your own meals this is probably not the best choice in Faliraki but if you want somwhere to sleep and shower it is ideal. Basic apartments with fridge, sink and 2 electric hob. We took our own travel kettle. We found everything very clean and although... more

just out of town (quiet) but easy to walk to centre (car not essential). Town has good range of restaurants and bars plus tourist shops. Buses to Rhodes town and Lindos regular. Hotel cool and quiet. Pool clean with good surround + bar with food, drinks, ice-cream all day + quieter bar in hotel in the evening (1 night karaoke).... more

Very good service from begining to end of holiday. Friendly staff and very helpful. A bit out of town but not too far to walk. It took us around 15/20 minutes to walk into the main area, but it did not bother us as it was nice to go for a walk after an evening meal. The room was clean... more

My partner and I booked the Achousa apartments (self-catering)as a last minute holibag in the sun, ideally for relaxation and chilling out. The apartments were clean and spacious contarary to what has been stated on previous reviews. Clearly Faliraki is your bog standard beach resort complete with young drunks and all the madness that ensues from that. Therefore, perhaps my... more

I booked this holiday for my boyfriend at the time, for his 21st birthday.. It cost us £280 each for a selfcatering week in Rhodes. On arrival the hotel was clean and plesant and our beds were changed everyday. The staff were quite friendly and for my boyfrinds 21 they did up the pool area with balloons and banners and... more

I went with a friend to spend two weeks in Faliraki for the nightlife. The Achousa was about a twenty minute walk from Bar Street and Club Street, and half an hour from the beach, so you avoid all the noise at night. The nightlife was great and we signed up for all the bar crawls etc. with the reps.... more

My family and I arrived at 3 am (greek time), for three weeks holiday and we were met in the usual friendly Greek way. The hotel was set in off the road and very private which renedered it quiet, although within 20 minutes walking distance from Faliraki centre. Our room was small, but sufficient for the three of us. The... more

The achousa is situated just outside... more

I am absolutely amazed at these bad reviews of the Achousa... All I can imagine is that these people have never stayed in Rhodes before and have nothing to compare it to! Modernisation?! It's Greece, not Dubai! Greek is known for its standard and basic accomodation..you get what you pay for! A group of 5 of us ranging from 16... more
