I'll keep this brief - just a few comments to say that this boutique hotel is excellent! The pool-side bar is good value for money and the staff (especially Vaz & Florin) were always friendly and attentive, not to forget; Luccia (the owner) who was ever-helpful and warm. Location wise - this place is A1 with the beach across the... more

Read some of the reviews before going with trepidation. Some people must really take some pleasing. The location was ideal for the beach(over the road).A smashing little bar serving drinks and snacks with waiter service on the free sunbeds on the beach.Florin and Petros the barman and waiter were so friendly they made our holiday.A lovely little pool to cool off in... more

We booked the Perissa Bay with trepidation because the reviews are few and mixed. My God what a spot! Beautiful family run hotel where they could not do enough for us. We arrived very late at nite to be welcomed by Vas in the bar who immediately set about making us some toasted sandwiches! And we were worried that we... more

Stayed here for a week and found the hotel to be very clean, friendly and well-run. Great for the beach, as they have their own loungers and umbrellas, and service from the bar which is very nice to sit in in its own right. Perhaps for touring the island it's not the best location, but for the beach it is... more

Charming little hotel. My wife and I found it clean and in an ideal position near the beach. Pool was a fair size. Bar was a standard "Beach Bum" kind of set-up with a small but satisfactory snack menu. Breakfast was served downstairs in a delightful room with bread, cereals, boiled eggs etc. Shower room was a bit hit-and-miss with... more

It was a terrible expirience there. The staff was awful and mostly NIck who wasn't suitable for his job. Also our room was so dirty that we found and spiders in. When we told that to Lucia the unhappy receptionist she told us that we are responsible for that. Please don't go to the pool bar beacuse we saw many... more

The hotel is new and has everything you need, including a hairdrier! and a shower curtain, which seems to be a luxury in Greece. The best thing is that when you walk out, there is the beach! No crowds and free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. I think it's extremly good for the price, would definitely recommend it. more

My husband Eric and I went to the Perissa Bay Hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday and can say we thoroughly enjoyed the 14 nights we stayed there from 20th Sept. Lucia, Marcos her husband and 2 boys made us very welcome throughout our stay. We were in room 33 which boasts a larger than average bed and was very... more

We stayed in the Perissa Bay Hotel mid September for one week. Our arrival in Santorini was straight forward and the transfer from the airport very quick. The Perissa Bay is a family run hotel and is very informal and friendly. We particularly liked how close it was to the beach as other hotels we saw during the transfer would... more

I went to Santorini at the very start of the season in May. The hotel itself is family-owned, and is nice and clean with air conditioning and heating - good job because on a night it was freezing!!! The family who own the hotel are very friendly and catered for our every need. Although the front of the hotel is... more
