We stayed in Canava House at Blue Dolphins in September for 6 days and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is a large cave house, very unique and comfortable and the view of the Caldera from the deck is exceptional. Perfectly located at the edge of Firostefani, it was nice and quiet but only a ten minute walk to either... More

Everything is great in this hotel, the location is perfect with amazing views of the caldera and Fira, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is delicious but the best of all is the staff. Dennis, Catherina and the two sisters were very polite and welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this hotel to... More

This review is more for Dennis than it is for the Blue Dolphin property itself (although what we saw of it was lovely). We were given Dennis' name by a acquaintance we met out and about in Santorini. We were visiting Santorini for the first time and staying three nights. Our original accommodations were simply not at all what we... More

May was a great time to travel in Greece. Although it has been a few months since we were there, our stay at the Blue Dolphins is still a very vivid memory. From our incredibly large balcony, the views of the caldera were breathtaking. The establishment was clean, well managed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Breakfasts... My boyfriend and I stayed in Blue Dolphins for two nights at the end of our three week Greek islands tour. We wanted to polish our great impressions from Crete with some stunning Santorinian views and Blue Dolphins provided us with that perfectly. As many of previous reviewers we were also upgraded free of charge to the private suite with... More

We booked a room with sea view and were upgraded to a suite with a large and beautiful terrace with a picture postcard view of the sea and Caldera. The breakfast is good and served on a common terrace with the same great view. The walk to Fira is short and the path on top of the mountain is picturesque.... More

We were upgraded for one night to the honeymoon suite which was nice. Our original room was actually just as fine minus the spectacular view which you can enjoy on the common terrace anyway. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly. Have the hotel arrange transfers when you arrive or leave as taxis are... More

This place has great location and view, Beautiful porch and balcony, and the staff is friendly, but limited breakfast (nothing hot). it is close to the center of the town Fira, it has a small parking lot, which add to the convenience if you have a rental car. The hotel doesn't have a swim pool. My husband and I don't... More

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel! The views were exceptional and location nice and quiet with only a 10-15 minute walk into the main town of Fira. The rooms themselves are nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this gem and will be back!

In July 2014, my husband and I stayed in a Blue Dolphins in Firastefani. We had the a private balcony suite that overlooked the caldera. The views were stunning! People walking by would stop and take photographs just outside the hotel steps.. It literally stops you in your tracks. The room itself was clean and neat with a small bedroom... More
